The Hytera PNC560 is a Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) radio and handheld smart device designed for nationwide business operations and remote workforce communications. It combines the advantages of a compact mobile computer and a data collection terminal with the ruggedness, enhanced audio quality, and instant Push-to-Talk group communications of a professional PoC device. It features a built-in infrared scanner for warehouse, inventory management, and medical applications.

The PNC560 is supported by the Hytera HyTalk Nationwide PoC subscription service, the Hytera HyTalk OnSite customer-owned PoC system, the HyTalk Bridge Radio over IP Gateway, and the Hytera HyTalk Connect unified PoC and LMR platform. It is also supported by Hytera HyTalk Dispatch, a powerful web-based group communications and location tracking application.

Hytera HyTalk Dispatch

The PNC560 and other Hytera PoC devices are part of the Hytera HyTalk Nationwide PoC subscription service and the HyTalk OnSite Plus customer-owned PoC system that include HyTalk Dispatch, a powerful web-based dispatch application.

Hytera HyTalk Dispatch supports instant group voice and video calling as well as individual calling. Dynamic groups can be quickly created with a simple list selection or geographically by selecting an area on the dispatch map. Hytera HyTalk Dispatch leverages the GPS built into the PNC560 for tracking of driver locations and travel routes with time stamps. The dispatcher may stun (turn off) and reactivate a radio, and receive and transmit emergency group calls and texts.
