Introduction

The Legrand Green'up Access safety socket is specifically designed for charging electric vehicles (EVs) in modes 1 and 2. It offers a secure and cost-effective solution for domestic and workplace charging, compatible with various electric vehicles.

• 3.7 kW, 16 A, 230 V socket with German standard and safety shutter.
• 2P+E socket certified for all electric vehicles in modes 1 and 2.
• Optimized connection terminals with silver-plated metal contacts (5 µm).
• Patented Green'up System: Enables the EV to detect the secure infrastructure and select maximum power for reduced charging time.
• IP 55 weatherproof rating for fixing on all surfaces.
• Compliant with plug and socket standard IEC 60884-1.

Installation and Safety

Important: Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

• The RCBO (30 mA, Type F (HPi), 16 A) must be installed separately from other devices in the panel.
• Always pull out the plug before starting the vehicle.
• Only use cables provided with the vehicle with the EV sockets.
• Extension leads and adapters are not permitted.
• The EVSE unit must be suspended.
• Use of a voltage surge protector is recommended.
• Consult your vehicle manufacturer for compatibility of the charging cable with the Green'up system.
• Your installer will advise on the most suitable electricity tariffs for charging your vehicle.
