Kärcher VC 4 Cordless myHome Quickstart Guide
This guide provides instructions for assembling and operating the Kärcher VC 4 Cordless myHome and VC 4 Cordless Premium myHome vacuum cleaner.
Step A: Wall Mounting
Objective: Mount the device to a wall.
Action: A bracket is shown being screwed into a wall using a drill [drill]. The recommended mounting height is 1.04 meters.
Step B: Assembling the Vacuum
Objective: Connect the main unit, telescopic tube, and floor nozzle.
- Components: Main unit, telescopic tube, floor nozzle.
- Action: Attach the telescopic tube to the main unit ➡️. A "CLICK" sound indicates proper connection.
- Action: Attach the floor nozzle to the other end of the telescopic tube ➡️. A "CLICK" sound indicates proper connection.
Step C: Connecting Accessories and Charging
Objective: Connect the hose and floor nozzle, and charge the battery.
- Action: Attach the hose to the main unit ➡️.
- Action: Attach the floor nozzle to the hose ➡️. A "CLICK" sound indicates proper connection.
- Action: Insert the battery ? into the charging station and connect to a power source. The battery display shows 0% charge and an estimated charging time of approximately 390 minutes. Once fully charged, the display shows 100%.
Step D: Operation and Boost Mode
Objective: Turn the vacuum on and activate Boost mode.
- Action: Press the 'ON' button ▶️ to start the vacuum cleaner.
- Action: Press the 'ON' button again to activate 'BOOST' mode ⚡, which provides increased suction power.
Step E: Turning Off and Emptying
Objective: Turn off the vacuum and empty the dust container.
- Action: Press the 'OFF' button ⏹️ to stop the vacuum cleaner.
- Action: Press the release button [release] to detach the dust container [dustbin] from the main unit.
- Action: Empty the dust container.
Step F: Battery Charging and Alternative Assembly
Objective: Charge the battery and assemble with an alternative accessory.
- Action: Place the battery ? into the charging station.
- State: The battery is fully charged after 24 hours, indicated by a sun symbol ☀️.
- Action: An alternative assembly step is shown, connecting a different accessory (e.g., a crevice tool) to the main unit ➡️.
