Connection Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues connecting your Wi-Fi module, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, not a 5GHz network. If you are unsure, consult your network provider.
- Verify that you are connecting directly to your modem, not through a Wi-Fi booster or extender.
- Check the signal strength and ensure the distance between the heater and the modem is not more than 10 meters. If possible, try moving your modem closer to the unit to test the connection.
- Try using a different mobile device or a different software version on your current device to rule out compatibility issues.
