Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

Power On/Off: The earbuds turn on automatically when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back inside.

Bluetooth Pairing:

Automatic Pairing: The earbuds enter pairing mode automatically on first use or after a reset.
Manual Pairing: To manually initiate pairing, press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds (x1 + 5S).

On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select "AKG N400NC TWS".

Using Your Earbuds

Music Controls:

Play/Pause: Single tap (x1) the touch control area.
Next Track: Double tap (x2) the touch control area.
Previous Track: Triple tap (x3) the touch control area.
Volume Up: Swipe up on the touch control area.
Volume Down: Swipe down on the touch control area.

*Advanced swipe controls can be enabled by connecting your AKG N400NC to the AKG APP.

Call Controls:

Answer/End Call: Single tap (x1) the touch control area.
Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control area for 2 seconds (2s).
Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the touch control area for 3 seconds (3s).

ANC, TalkThru & Ambient Aware:

ANC (Active Noise-Cancelling): Reduces ambient noise for an immersive audio experience.
TalkThru: Allows you to communicate with people nearby without removing the earbuds.
Ambient Aware: Enables you to be aware of your surroundings while listening to music.

These modes can be cycled through or managed via the AKG Headphone app.

Voice Assistant: Access your device's voice assistant (Siri®, Google Assistant™, Bixby) by pressing and holding the touch control area on an earbud for 3 seconds (3s).

Fit and Charging

Perfect Fit: For optimal comfort and touch control functionality, ensure the AKG logo is horizontal when worn. Experiment with ear tip sizes and earbud placement for the best seal and fit.

Charging: Place the earbuds in the charging case to charge them. Connect the charging case to a power source via USB to charge the case. Charging time is approximately 2 hours.

Advanced Operations

Manual Reboot: If the earbuds become unresponsive, place them in the charging case and press and hold the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Pairing Left & Right Earpeices: If the earbuds lose their connection to each other or your device, you may need to re-pair them manually.
