Important Notes:

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure correct operation and prolong the equipment's life.

  1. Preparation: Before cleaning or maintenance, ensure the main switch is OFF and the power plug is disconnected from the mains.
  2. Blade Cleaning: After each use, ensure the blade is clean. Wash with clean water to keep it clean and prevent corrosion, which prolongs its service life.
  3. Internal and External Parts: Unplug the power plug before any cleaning or maintenance. Do not use alcohol, as it may cause plastic parts to crack.
  4. Exterior Cleaning: Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe the outside after each use. Then, use a damp cloth moistened with a neutral detergent to remove grease or impurities.
  5. Crushed Ice Container Cleaning: Immerse the container in a mixture of neutral detergent and water for at least 3 minutes, then rinse with water and dry.
  6. Blade Wear: The blade is a natural wear part. After extended use, it will wear down. Purchase a replacement blade of the corresponding specification. Improper operation or cutting hard ingredients can also damage the blade.
  7. Screw Check: Periodically check for loose set screws and tighten them to maintain the machine.
  8. Long-Term Storage: If the machine is idle for a long time, disconnect the main wall switch and clean the machine and its accessories thoroughly.
