Terms & Conditions – Pair up Offer

Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. ("Samsung") introduces a "Pair up Offer" at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung shop app or Samsung.com/in) on any variant of Galaxy Fold7, Galaxy Flip7, Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy S24 series ("Primary Device") & any variant of wearables as mentioned below in the tabulated manner under point 2 ("Secondary Device").

Customers who purchased the Primary Device (any variant), between 9th Jul 2025 to 30th Sep 2025 ("Pair up Offer Period") shall be eligible for the Pair up offer. Basis this Pair up Offer, customers will get an additional discount on purchase of Secondary Device as per the following table below:

Wearables:

A customer shall purchase the Primary Device from Samsung Shop to be eligible for the Pair up Offer.

Only 1 Secondary Device can be purchased along with 1 Primary Device in the same cart/same bill to avail the offer benefits as shown above under the Pair up Offer. Samsung Shop will facilitate instant discount/ Pair up Offer as mentioned in the table above. No other discount (i.e. Bank cashback, Upgrade, Coupon, No Cost EMI offer, or any offer other than Pair up offer,) on Secondary Device will be applicable with this Pair up offer.

Customer participation in the Pair up Offer is voluntary.

Mentioned Pair up Offer cannot be converted or used in any other form other than instant discount on purchase of Secondary Device (subject to purchase of Primary Device).

Pair up Offer at Samsung Shop:

New Primary Device purchase during Pair up Offer Period:

In case the Customer purchases the Primary Device on Samsung Shop during the Pair up Offer Period, customer shall be informed about the Pair up Offer via on site promotion, buy together recommendation/ add to cart prompt and/or other possible communications.

The price of the Primary Device & Secondary Device as listed on Samsung Shop shall be inclusive of all taxes.

The shipping of the Primary/ Secondary Device will be subject to availability of stocks.

Customer initiated Cancellation of order:

The Order cannot be cancelled/modified during Pair up Offer Period. On any doorstep rejections/unsuccessful deliveries, a respective amount will be charged basis the below grid. This amount will be adjusted from the final refund amount. (Applicable for both Primary Device and Secondary Device)

Refunds against cancellation/door step rejection/unsuccessful delivery of the Primary Device will only be issued after deducting of the following:

• A cancellation fee (as applicable) and
• The Pair up Offer benefit (as availed by customer ), i.e.

Scenario 1: In case the customer cancels both the Primary Device and Secondary Product before either of them are delivered or are shipped by Samsung, Samsung shall refund the amount paid by customer for both Primary Device and Secondary Product after deduction of Cancellation fee (if applicable). Pair up Offer benefit shall not be refunded, as the Customer will no longer be eligible to avail the same.

Scenario 2: In case the customer receives the Secondary Product or if the same has been shipped by Samsung before customer cancels the Primary Device or the Secondary Product, the Customer shall be eligible to receive refund for Primary Device only post adjusting the Pair up benefit and after deduction of Cancellation fee (if applicable). Pair up Offer benefit shall not be refunded as the Customer will no longer be eligible to avail the same. The Primary Device and the Secondary Device purchased shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock availability.

Samsung initiated Cancellation of the order: In an unforeseen event where Samsung has to cancel the order, no cancellation fees will be applicable.

By availing the Pair up Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS, WhatsApp or Email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Pair up Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.

Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Pair up Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.

Samsung also reserves the right to substitute the select products put for redemption with device(s) of equivalent value under this Pair up Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons thereof. The choice as to the color, make & model of the shall be completely at Samsung's discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.

In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer, these Terms (however arising including negligence). Samsung shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.

Samsung shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in placing of order by customers or any disruptions, losses, damages, computer related malfunctions/ failures which affect the customers or any force majeure conditions or damages caused by Act of God, Governmental actions.

Samsung shall also not be responsible for non-availability of Stock(s) or delay done by shipping due to any reason like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, force majeure conditions or operational & technical issues.

All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.
