Eligible Person
Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who comply with these terms and conditions and are eligible to access and participate in Samsung's Eligible Online Store.
Samsung may require the parent or guardian of anyone under 18 to sign a copy of these terms and conditions as a condition of participation.
Purchases for commercial purposes, use in trade, or on behalf of a company/business/organisation are excluded from participating in this Promotion.

Further Terms and Conditions
Consumer Rights
These terms and conditions are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and do not affect statutory rights.
Promotion Modification
Samsung reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion for reasons including fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control, subject to regulatory directions. Notification will be provided on the Eligible Online Store.
Purchase Requirements
Purchases must be made with New Zealand details, a valid New Zealand payment method, and a New Zealand delivery address. Additional information may be required.
Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- If a bonus is unavailable, Samsung may substitute it with another of equal or greater value.
- Voucher Codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase on the Eligible Online Store.
- Trade-in Boosts require trading in an eligible device according to the Samsung Instant Trade-In Program Customer Terms and Conditions.
- Draws for prizes will have specific terms and conditions, with winners notified within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner is uncontactable or does not claim their prize within 5 working days, they forfeit it, and a redraw may occur.
Fulfilment and Refund
Participating Products and Bonuses will be fulfilled as quickly as possible. If a Participating Product is returned or refunded, the Bonus(es) (or its value) must also be returned. The purchaser is liable for costs associated with non-return of the Bonus(es).
Verification and Decision
Samsung may verify eligibility and compliance. Samsung's decision on the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability and Responsibility
Samsung is not liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in communication or operation, nor for theft, unauthorised access, or technical malfunctions affecting the Promotion.
Samsung is not liable for any tax liability incurred by participants. Participants should seek independent tax advice.
Samsung excludes all liability (including negligence) for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the Promotion, including technical difficulties, third-party interference, or issues with purchase documentation.
Privacy
Samsung collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose it to third parties (agents, contractors, etc.) as necessary. Personal information will be retained only as long as required and will be destroyed or erased thereafter.
