The FS305-E includes the following components:
- 1. 5-bays 2.5"/3.5" HDD Tray
- 2. 8025 Fan
- 3. 7 pin SATA connector

Installation Instructions
Step 1: Chassis Installation
Install the FS305-E into the computer chassis and secure it using the provided screws. Refer to the diagram for screw types (SCREW A, SCREW B).

Step 2: Connect SATA and Power Cables
Connect the SATA data and power cables to your drives and motherboard. If your motherboard supports fan speed monitoring, connect the 80mm PWM fan from the hard drive tray module to a fan header on the motherboard to allow for speed adjustment.

Step 3: Install Drives into Tray
Remove the front hard drive tray. Secure 2.5" or 3.5" drives onto the tray, then re-insert the tray back into the chassis.

Warranty Information
This product carries a limited 1-year warranty in North America and Australia. For warranty periods in other regions, please contact your reseller or an authorized SilverStone distributor. For China, a one-year limited warranty applies from the date of purchase, with specific details available on the official website.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Product component defects or damages resulting from defective production are covered under warranty. Defects or damages under the following conditions will be fixed or replaced at SilverStone Technology's discretion:
- a) Usage in accordance with instructions provided in this manual, with no misuse, overuse, or other inappropriate actions.
- b) Damage not caused by natural disasters (e.g., thunder, fire, earthquake, flood, salt, wind, insects, animals).
- c) Product is not disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel. Components are not disassembled or replaced.
- d) Warranty mark/stickers are not removed or broken.
- Under warranty, SilverStone Technology's maximum liability is limited to the current market value of the product (depreciated value, excluding shipping, handling, and other fees). SilverStone Technology is not responsible for other damages or losses associated with the use of the product.
- Under warranty, SilverStone Technology is obligated to repair or replace its defective products. SilverStone Technology shall not be liable for damages in connection with the sale, purchase, or use of the product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, or incidental or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not, and whether based on breach of warranty, contract, or negligence.
- Warranty covers only the original purchaser through authorized SilverStone distributors and resellers and is not transferable.
- Proof of original purchase (sales receipt or invoice with clear purchase date) is required to determine warranty eligibility.
- If a problem develops during the warranty period, contact your retailer, reseller, authorized SilverStone distributors, or SilverStone directly. Proof of purchase, bearing the original purchase date, is required. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to SilverStone authorized distributors. They will cover the cost of shipping the product back to you after service. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from SilverStone before sending the product.

North America: For support, contact usasupport@silverstonetek.com. SilverStone may repair or replace defective products with functionally tested refurbished units. Replacement products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer. For products within 30 days of purchase, return to the place of purchase. After 30 days, customers must initiate an RMA procedure with SilverStone Technology in the USA by downloading the "USA RMA form for end-users" from http://silverstonetek.com/contactus.php.
Australia: For support, contact support@silverstonetek.com. Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other foreseeable loss or damage. Goods are also entitled to repair or replacement if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
