1. Product Overview
The Smart Screen Players transmit content through Bluetooth and WiFi.
Device Front View: Features a screen with a power key and a microphone at the top. Device Side View: Shows a power hole and an AUX output port.
2. Product Composition List
- The host: FHD display (1600*600) with touch control, supporting Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/FM Transmit, and a Type C interface for power supply.
- The power cord: A Type C power cord with 5V/3A current, integrated cable, and a cigar lighter connector for power.
- Aux cable: A 3.5mm audio cable used to connect the AUX interface on the car to transmit the equipment's sound to the car audio system.
- Monitor base (for center console): Used to support and fix the display on the center console.
- Monitor base (for windshield): Used to attach the display to the windshield of the car.

5. Interface Specifications

- Home button: Click to return to the home page.
- Brightness button: Click to adjust screen brightness.
- Volume button: Click to adjust the volume.
- Screen off: Click to close the screen display.
- Apple CarPlay: Special connector for iPhone.
- Android Auto: Special connector for Android mobile phone.
- Audio output: Select audio output mode.
- Bluetooth: Displays Bluetooth name and status. The Bluetooth name can be changed manually and needs to be saved after the change.
- System settings: Access to system settings.
A. Apple CarPlay
To enter Apple CarPlay, click the [Apple CarPlay] button. Ensure your mobile phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on. Select the [Apple CarPlay] option on the interface, then click the [BT Manage] option to connect Bluetooth with your phone. The application can then be opened. When the device is powered on, it will attempt to automatically connect to the last connected phone.
Turn off your phone's Wi-Fi to disconnect. Apple CarPlay option only supports iPhone phones. For Android phones, please select the [Android Auto] option.

How to setup:
- Click the Apple CarPlay widget on the SmartScreen.
- Pair your iPhone to the SmartScreen using Bluetooth (e.g., T86-14CDA8).
- When your iPhone prompts "Use CarPlay with 'SmartScreen'?", select "Use CarPlay".
Tips:
- Allow for a longer waiting time for the first connection.
- Only iPhone phones are supported.
- After a successful connection, Bluetooth will be disconnected automatically.

B. Android Auto
To enter Android Auto, click the [Android Auto] button. Ensure your mobile phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on. Select the [Android Auto] option on the interface, then click the [BT Manage] option to connect Bluetooth with your phone. The application can then be opened. When the device is powered on, it will attempt to automatically connect to the last connected phone.
Turn off your phone's Wi-Fi to disconnect.

How to setup:
- Click the Android Auto widget on the SmartScreen.
- Pair your phone to the SmartScreen using Bluetooth (e.g., T86-14CDA8).
Tips:
- Requires an Android phone running Android 11 or higher and 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Please download the latest Android Auto application on your phone.
To use Android Auto, Google Pixels phones need Android 8.0 or above. For Android phones from other brands, the system needs to be Android 11 or above.

C. AirPlay
AirPlay supports transferring video, audio, and pictures from iPhone to the car display via Wi-Fi function.
Connection steps:
- Connect your iPhone to the Wi-Fi network provided by the SmartScreen. The Wi-Fi name is: CARLINK-14CDA8.
- The Wi-Fi password is "12345678".
- Select "SmartScreen" in the screen mirroring option within your iPhone's control center.
Supports iPhone phones only.

C. Bluetooth Music
You can access Bluetooth Music by clicking the Apple CarPlay or Android Auto buttons. First, turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone, then select the [Bluetooth Music] option. Click the [BT Manage] option on the interface to connect Bluetooth to your mobile phone and start playing music.
The playback control buttons correspond to Last, Play/Pause, and Next, respectively.
Click on the Lyrics button [?] to display the lyrics. (Some mobile music player apps do not support displaying lyrics).

D. Bluetooth
As shown in the figure, click the Bluetooth button [?] to switch on the device after entering the Bluetooth interface. The page will display the device name, such as: T86-1XXXXX. Click the [Modify] button [✏️] to modify the Bluetooth name of the device. Select the device name with Bluetooth, and the remote device name of the phone will appear after successfully connecting.
At this time, you can play mobile phone music and other functions. After connecting to Bluetooth, you can use the call function.
Click the Disconnect button [⏻] to actively disconnect the Bluetooth.

E. Audio Output
- Speaker output: The sound is played by the speaker of the machine.

- BT output: Please use your phone to connect the Bluetooth of the original car stereo.

3. FM Transmit
As shown in the figure, click the [FM Transmit] button to enter the FM Transmit function. It can emit the sound of the equipment, which can be received by the original car radio and played through the original car horn, allowing you to enjoy the original car audio experience. When you turn on the FM Transmit option, the monitor's built-in speaker will be muted. At this time, you need to turn off the FM Transmit or match the sound to the car's built-in stereo to have sound.
Not using the original power cord will cause the FM Transmit signal to deteriorate or the function cannot be used.
Setup FM Transmitter:
- Turn on FM Transmitter; the SmartScreen built-in speaker will be muted.
- Turn on the factory car radio and tune it to the same frequency as the SmartScreen.
- Enjoy music from your car speakers.
- The original car charger or step-down cable must be used for the function to work normally.
1. Selects the frequency band to be emitted, for example, FM 106.0 MHz. 2. The car radio also adjusts the acceptance band to FM 106.0 MHz. 3. The car radio can connect to the FM Transmit signal of the upper system. After the FM launch connection is successful, all sounds will be sent to the original car speaker for playback.
(Recommended FM: 100-108MHz)

4. AUX Output
The sound is played from the AUX line output.

F. Setting
As shown in the figure, click the [⚙️] button in the lower left corner to enter the setting interface.

FAQ:
- Q: Because the output current is unstable when the car is starting, please turn off the FM before stopping the car, otherwise the FM will make noise when you start the car again.
- Q: When you use the FM to connect the carplay, please don't use the same frequency as the broadcast, otherwise the carplay will be frequency bumping and no sound. You can use the AUX cable to connect the carplay, which can effectively solve this problem.
- Q: After our research, it will affect some functions of the carplay and reduce the customer's experience when the carplay is equipped with a camera, so we remove the camera function to bring you the most extreme service.
- Q: After connection to the Carplay/Android Auto, please wait for 10-20 seconds, and then the system will Auto Connect to your phone.
- Q: Before connecting again, please turn on Bluetooth and WIFI; the system will auto-connect to your mobile phone.
- Q: Please according to our suggestion to connect the power circuit, and avoid interference when the machine is started.
