Samsung Care+ HA Promotion: Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between Samsung Electronics Colombia S.A. and the customer for the Samsung Care+ HA promotion.
General Terms and Conditions
Samsung Electronics Colombia S.A. (hereinafter "Samsung") and the customer (hereinafter the "Client" or "Clients"), who guarantees to be of legal age and have full capacity to act, establish these terms and conditions for the "Samsung Care + HA Preventive Maintenance" promotional activity (hereinafter the "Activity"). Participation in the Activity implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable policies, norms, and legal provisions, including the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
Samsung reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after publication on the website or after being communicated in any other manner. Samsung commits to carrying out this Activity transparently and fairly, respecting the rights of all Clients and acting in accordance with current legal regulations.

Activity Validity
Clients can access the Activity during the period from July 25, 2025, to December 31, 2026 (the "Validity").
Activity Description
Samsung Care + HA (Home Appliances) ("Benefit") is a benefit that offers maintenance, installation, and reinstallation for certain products that do not typically include this Benefit in the purchase price. By purchasing a participating product indicated in section 4, the consumer will have the option to add the Benefit to their shopping cart.
Specific Benefit Conditions
The maintenance, installation, and reinstallation activities included and excluded in the Benefit are described below:

Installation and Reinstallation
This involves the installation of a participating product by a Samsung-certified and approved company.

The Benefit is not part of the legal warranty and aims to offer maintenance and installation services for the models or SKUs indicated in this document. This is subject to the Client's compliance with all Terms and Conditions.
The Benefit is available only in the following cities: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Cúcuta, Ibagué, Villavicencio, Neiva, Manizales, Armenia, Santa Marta, and within a 50 Km radius. Visits are subject to public order and safety conditions.
Activity Mechanics
- Visit the Samsung website https://www.samsung.com/co or the Samsung Shop App (hereinafter the "Authorized Participating Stores").
- Search and select your preferred product (refrigerator, washing machine, or dryer).
- The Client can add the associated Benefit to their shopping cart.
- The system will display the total price of the Benefit.
- The Client pays the price of the Benefit in addition to the product price.
- The prices of both the Product and the Benefit will be itemized and added to the total purchase amount.
- The Client must follow the steps to complete their purchase.
- Five (5) business days after the purchase, the Client will receive the Benefit's terms and conditions and applicable contact channels via email.
Additional Information
- Redemption Period: The Client can request the Benefit up to two (2) years from the date of product receipt.
- Benefit Accumulation: For online purchases, this Benefit can be accumulated with the current promotion of 0% interest and free installation.
- Shipping Cost: The shipping cost of the Product will be determined by each Authorized Participating Store and will depend on the specific case. This cost will be calculated during the purchase process and informed to the Client at the time of order settlement, before payment.

General Conditions of the Activity
The warranty applicable to the Products and/or Benefits will correspond to the quality warranty granted by Samsung for said Products and/or Benefits. Specific warranty conditions can be consulted at Samsung CO Warranty Information.
If the Client exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the purchased Product, provided that the Product is subject to withdrawal, the Client must return the Product, and the Benefit will not be applicable. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the guidelines established by each Authorized Participating Store. Samsung's conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal can be consulted at Samsung Colombia Returns and Cancellations Policy.
In the event of any claim regarding the Products and/or Benefits, said claim will be handled through the Samsung Call Center by contacting WhatsApp +57 3138698800 from any mobile phone in Colombia, or through the customer service channels of each Authorized Participating Store.
The Benefits of this Activity cannot be exchanged for cash or for products other than those mentioned in this text.
The information the Client registers must be truthful and complete; any act of identity theft and/or incorrect information that does not correspond to the natural person or legal entity accessing the Activity is prohibited.
Product Change by Withdrawal
Samsung has enabled the possibility of changing the Product only for the same Product, but in a different color, provided that the Product is new, unopened, unused, in its original packaging, with all its parts and manuals complete, as well as with intact security seals and attached labels. The following procedure must be followed:
If the Client wishes to make a change, they can do so by contacting Samsung at numbers #726, (601)6001272, or 018000112112, or via WhatsApp at 3138698800 (from Sunday to Sunday, 8:00 am - 10:00 pm) within five (5) business days after product delivery.
The Client must return the Product and bear the transport costs and any other costs associated with the return of the item. If the Client considers it convenient, they may use the transport service suggested by Samsung, in which case they expressly authorize Samsung to deduct the transport costs and any other costs associated with the return of the item from the refund.
As soon as Samsung receives the Product back, it will review its condition and, within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, will inform the Client whether it meets the conditions established for the exchange. If the Product does not meet the established criteria, the Client will be informed via email with the reason why the exchange is not approved, and the Product will be returned to the original shipping address.

Purchase Reversal
When the Client makes the payment for the Product through a debit card, credit card, or any other payment method via an online Authorized Participating Store, physical Authorized Participating Store, or Samsung, the payment will be reversed (i) if the Client is a victim of fraud, (ii) if the transaction corresponds to an unsolicited one, (iii) if the purchased Product is not received, or (iv) if the delivered Product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective and cannot be repaired.
For the payment reversal to proceed, the Client must:
- Submit a request to Samsung and must return the Product, when applicable, within five (5) business days following the date on which the Client became aware of the fraudulent or unsolicited transaction, or should have received the Product, or received it defective or not as requested.
- Notify the payment instrument issuer of the electronic payment used for the purchase, which, along with other payment process participants, will proceed to reverse the transaction in favor of the Client.
The actual payment made by the Client will be reversed, which may vary from the total product price due to the application of any Benefit.
Policy on Treatment of Personal Data and Privacy
To access the Activity, the Client must accept Samsung's Personal Data Treatment Policy under the conditions established in Law 1581 of 2012. Samsung has express policies for the treatment of Clients' personal information. Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution
The Terms and Conditions will be governed by Colombian legal regulations, particularly the Consumer Statute, the Single Circular of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, the Commercial Code, and others that complement, modify, and/or substitute them. Any controversy, disagreement, or conflict in general that may arise between Samsung and the Client upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions must be settled before the ordinary jurisdiction.
The declaration of nullity of any term contained in this instrument and/or any item in its annexes will not imply the nullity of these Terms and Conditions and will not prejudice their effectiveness, provided that the business basis sought by the parties at the time of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is maintained.
