APP Download and Installation

Scan the QR code with your mobile phone, or search for "IC See" APP in the application market, then download and install.

Note for Android: Please click "Normal Download", do not click "Secure Download" or "High-Speed Download".

Scan the QR code to download.

Registration and Login

1. Open the "IC See" APP, click "Register", use your mobile phone or email to register an account; for WeChat, directly log in. Log in to the APP.

(WiFi Device) Pairing a Wireless Network

1. The mobile phone to be paired must first be connected to the WiFi router (only compatible with 2.4 GHz).

Follow the steps below:

  1. Add Device screen.
  2. Select WiFi Camera.
  3. Power on the camera.
  4. Enter Camera Settings.
  5. Router Setting.
  6. Next Step.

2. Access the "Scan QR code" interface and follow the instructions to pair;

A) Point the "QR code" towards the camera lens;

B) Maintain a distance of 25-35 cm and wait for scanning;

C) Remove the phone after hearing the message "QR code scanned successfully";

D) When you hear the voice prompt "connecting to the router successfully" it means the configuration is complete, you can proceed to the next step;

E) If you don't hear "connecting to the router successfully", restore factory settings and configure again.

3. After successful connection, the next step is to set the device password and device name, then follow the APP interface guide to complete the configuration.

4. Once pairing is complete, the newly added device will appear in the list, indicating that the device has connected correctly.

5. Click to "enter" the monitoring screen and perform related operations and adjustments.

Attention: Motion tracking is only available for PTZ cameras and is not compatible with low-power cameras/dome cameras.

AP Hotspot Mode (for cases without external network)

*Press the "Reset" button 3 to 5 consecutive times, and after the device indicates "Entering direct connection mode", follow the steps below to connect.

(4G Data Device) Network Connection

1. Please download and install the APP first, log in to the APP and ensure that the mobile phone network is normal;

*Please follow the steps below to add devices.

2. Once the device has been successfully added, enter the "Device Password" according to the interface prompts, confirm and save the operation;

3. Enter the device configuration name and video saving function, select to complete the addition according to the prompts;

4. Once pairing is complete, the newly added device will appear in the list, indicating that the device has connected correctly;

5. Click to enter the monitoring interface, you will be prompted to purchase signal and perform related operations and adjustments.

4G Data Purchase Guide

  • When the device indicates "connected to the network successfully", it means pairing has been completed successfully;
  • Data purchase is necessary for successful device pairing, please follow the instructions to purchase;
  • Enter the data purchase interface, follow the interface instructions, select the corresponding package and click to apply for payment;
  • If the purchase is successful, it will automatically jump to the traffic query page;

*Note: If the purchase interface does not appear, click "traffic" in the device list to enter.

Configure Dual Light Alert Mode (Bullet/Dome Camera)

Open the APP, enter the real-time playback of the device and click the "light alert" icon or the "bulb" icon on the screen to open the alert adjustment mode.

  • Luminous alarms

Configure "Motion Tracking"/"Body Tracking" (Indoor PTZ/Outdoor Dome)

  • Click the icon "robot" on the preview page to open the corresponding function.
  • Motion Tracking: When this function is activated, the camera will follow the trajectory of the moving object when the object appears within the camera's range.
  • Set Observation Point: Set a fixed point, after the relevant operations and tracking, the camera will remain for a period of time and then move back to the observation point.

  • Sensitivity: High
  • Daemon Time: 5M
  • Set Daemon Position

Activate Humanoid Alarm Function

Note: It is not possible to activate "Mobile Tracking" and "Intelligent Humanoid Alarm" functions at the same time; configure the "Intelligent Humanoid Alarm" function.

Set observation points: set a fixed point, after the related operations and tracking, the camera will remain for a time and return to the observation point.

Functions

  • Notification: You will only receive alert messages if notifications are enabled.
  • Humanoid Detection: Activates the alarm only when a human is detected.
  • Show Tracking: When a human figure appears on the screen, the device will track the human figure and send a notification.
  • Rule Configuration: Select the selected area [Alarm Line] to activate an alarm when someone enters the area.

Adjust "Picture-in-Picture" Preview (Dual-Lens Camera)

  • "Picture-in-Picture" preview: select "HD" and then "double-lens" to check the "picture-in-picture" view; long or short focus views.
