Important Information & Warnings
- Do not discard packaging until product has been successfully installed.
- Unless noted, do not completely tighten hardware when assembling.
- SuperATV does not recommend keeping Windshield installed while transporting on an open air trailer. Remove or secure with straps.
- This item is not returnable if the protective film has been removed.
- Test fit to the cage to confirm fitment before removing film.
Windshield Cleaning:
- Do not use Rain-X®, Plexus® or any other protector, wax, or polish.
- Do not use window cleaning fluids (Windex, 409, etc) or any solvents (gasoline, denatured alcohol, acetone, etc).
- Never use abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, or gritty cloths.
- Do not use a windshield wiper blade or install a motorized windshield wiper.
- Never use razor blades, scrapers, squeegees, brushes, etc.
- 1. Thoroughly rinse Windshield to float off dirt and mud.
- 2. Using a soft cloth, or microfiber cloth, clean Windshield with warm water and a gentle detergent. Baby shampoo, rubbing alcohol, or hand washing soap can also be used.
- 3. To prevent water spots, use a chamois to blot Windshield dry.
Liability Statement
SuperATV's® products are designed to best fit user's ATV/UTV under stock conditions. Adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket parts will void any warranty provided by SuperATV® and is not recommended. SuperATV's® products could interfere with other aftermarket accessories. If user has aftermarket products on machine, contact SuperATV® to verify that they will work together.
Although SuperATV® has thousands of satisfied customers, user should be aware that installing lift kits, long travel, or suspension kits, tires, etc. will change the ride of machine and may increase maintenance and part wear. Operating any off-road machine while, or after, consuming alcohol and/or drugs increases risk of bodily harm or death. No warranty or representation is made as to this product's ability to protect user from severe injury or death. SuperATV® urges operators and occupants to wear a helmet and appropriate riding gear at all times.
By purchasing and installing SuperATV® products, user agrees that should damages occur, SuperATV® will not be held responsible for loss of time, use, labor fees, replacement parts, or freight charges. SuperATV®, nor any 3rd party, will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from any product purchased from SuperATV®. The total liability of seller to user for all damages, losses, and causes of action, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
SuperATV® will warranty only parts provided by SuperATV®. Any damage or problems with OEM housings, bearings, seals, or other manufacturers' products will not be covered by SuperATV®. SuperATV® parts and products are not warrantied if item was not installed properly, misused, or modified.
Installing, adding, modifying, or fabricating any factory or aftermarket product to your ATV/UTV may violate certain local, state, and federal laws. Be advised that laws vary depending on town, city, county, state, etc. Use of certain products on public streets, roads, or highways may be in violation law. The Buyer is solely and exclusively legally and personally responsible for any violation of the law by the installation or use of the product. You must abide by all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to vehicle safety, traffic laws, and ordinances. It is your responsibility to know the laws and how they apply to you.
The Buyer is responsible to fully understand the capability and limitations of his/her vehicle according to manufacturer specifications, warnings and instructions and agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any damage resulting from failure to adhere to such specifications, warnings and/ /or instructions. The Buyer is also responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle while using this product, and the Buyer agrees to hold SuperATV® harmless from any violation thereof.
Tool Recommendation:
Use hand tools only when assembling. Do not use power tools. ?

Electrical Harness
The electrical harness connects the actuators to the power source and switch.
Components:

Note: Connect to a switched key-on power source. ?
Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare Windshield and Frames
To ease installation, soak the Bulb Seal in hot water before cutting or installing to increase flexibility. ?
Install the Bulb Seal to the Windshield (A) in the location shown. Ensure the bulb portion of the seal faces towards the vehicle. ?
Install the Gasket across the front of the Frame in the location shown. This may involve removing roof hardware and moving the frame off the vehicle. ?
Step 2: Attach Lower and Top Frames
Install the Lower Frame (D) to the Windshield (A) using the provided hardware. For the driver side:
Hardware: 5 each M6 x 25mm bolts, Sealing Washers, M6 Nuts.
Important: Ensure the rubber side of the Sealing Washers faces the plastic components during installation. ?
Install the Top Frame (B), along with the Right and Left Female Hinges (F, J), to the Windshield (A) using the provided hardware. For the passenger side:
Hardware: 9 each M6 x 25mm bolts, Sealing Washers, M6 Nuts.
Step 3: Install Side Brackets
Install the Left Bracket (K) to the Windshield (A) using the hardware shown. Repeat this process for the Right Bracket (C) installation.
Hardware: 5 each M6 x 25mm bolts, Sealing Washers, M6 Nuts.
Tighten all hardware for the brackets. ⚙️
Step 4: Mount Hinges to Vehicle Frame
Place the assembled windshield onto the vehicle. Identify existing mounting holes in the vehicle's frame.
Insert the Right Male Hinge (H) into the Right Female Hinge (F). Secure the Right Male Hinge (H) to the holes located in the vehicle's Frame using the shown hardware. Repeat this process for the Left side.
Hardware: 2 each M8 x 25mm bolts, M8 Flat Washers, M8 Nuts.
Step 5: Align and Tighten Hinges
Align the Windshield assembly to the vehicle and tighten all Hinge hardware completely. The Windshield should open and close smoothly. Refer to the "Hinge Alignment" section if binding occurs.
Hinge Alignment: Hinges must be in-line with each other. Loosen hardware and adjust as necessary to achieve alignment. ?
Ensure the seal is in contact with the vehicle's dash. ?
Finalize by tightening all hardware. ⚙️
Step 6: Install Actuators and Brackets
Install Actuator Brackets (L, N) to the Clamps (E) using the provided hardware. Secure the Actuator (Q) to the brackets using the shown hardware. Repeat this process for the passenger side. Tighten hardware.
Hardware: 2 each M8 x 25mm bolts, M8 Lock Washers, M8 Flat Washers, M6 x 30mm bolts, M6 Washers, M6 Nuts.
Note: Loosen Clamp (E) hardware before proceeding with actuator bracket attachment. ?
Step 7: Secure Clamps to Vehicle Cage
Secure the Clamps (E) to the vehicle's cage. Repeat this step for the passenger side. (Shown for driver side). ?
Step 8: Route Wiring and Mount Switch
Remove the Cup Holder from the vehicle's dashboard to access the wiring area. ?
Secure the Actuators (Q) to the Right Bracket (K) and Left Bracket (C) using the provided hardware. Route the wiring towards the Cup Holder opening.
Hardware: 2x Sleeve, M6 x 30mm bolts, M6 Nuts.
Tighten all hardware. ⚙️
Step 9: Switch Mounting and Final Connections
Before drilling any holes, check behind the area to be drilled for any interference. ?
Switch Mounting:
- The Switch can be installed in a location different than shown.
- Verify that the Harnesses will reach the chosen Switch location before mounting.
- Remove the stock knockout or cut a new location for the switch.
- Connect the wiring and secure the Switch.
Mounting Slot Dimensions: Approximately 1.41 inches high by 0.86 inches wide. ?
Testing: Before permanently mounting the Switch, SuperATV recommends testing all components after installation is complete. ?
Secure the wires from the Actuators to the vehicle's cage using the provided Wire-Ties. Reinstall the Cup Holder. ?
