The use of the water tank

Keep the water level above the middle line (fill 1/2-2/3). Low water levels will affect humidity control.

Attention

  • Connect power according to nameplate voltage requirements.
  • Do not block the external grille (heat dissipation channel) to prevent overheating.
  • Do not block the refrigeration window or cold air circulation window to ensure uniform temperature.
  • Ensure the door is closed properly to maintain refrigeration efficiency and prevent temperature abnormalities.
  • For long periods of non-use, shut off power, clean, and leave the door slightly open to dry the interior.

How To Replace The Charcoal Filter

The charcoal filter should be replaced annually.

  • Remove the shelf in front of the filter.
  • Hold the filter and turn it 90 degrees to remove.
  • Insert the replacement filter vertically and turn it 90 degrees into position.
  • Re-install the shelves.

General Maintenance Tips

  • After power failure, the compressor has a 5-minute self-protection delay before restarting.
  • When first using or after long shutdown, the temperature display may take time to stabilize.

Cleaning

  • Cut off power before cleaning.
  • Use a clean soft cloth for shelves; dry immediately.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners on the inner lining.
  • Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and neutral cleaner or warm water, then dry.
  • When cleaning accessories, unplug the power cord. Use a sponge or soft cloth to wipe away moisture to prevent electric shock.

Power Outage

Minor outages (1-2 hours) have little impact. Minimize door openings. For long outages, remove food to prevent spoilage.

Decommissioning

If taking the unit out of service for a period:

  • Turn off and unplug the power supply.
  • Remove all items and clean the unit.
  • Leave the door slightly ajar to prevent odors.

Non-Failure Phenomena

Surface Condensation

Condensation on the exterior surfaces (especially door seals and glass) is normal in high temperature and humidity environments due to the low internal temperature. Wipe with a soft cloth. It will disappear as ambient conditions improve.

To reduce condensation:

  • Wipe surfaces regularly with a soft cloth, especially during humid seasons.
  • Ensure the unit is placed in a well-ventilated area.

Operating Sounds

A slight "buzzing" sound from the compressor and "running water" sounds from refrigerant flow are normal operating noises.

Vibration and noise can occur if the unit is not placed smoothly.
