5. Operations
5.1 Powering On/Off
Powering On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, or plug X60 into a standard wall outlet. The LED indicator and LCD display will light up, indicating the X60 is on standby.
[Note:]
- Press the power button to activate the LCD display when the X60 is on.
- When the X60 is off, unplug it from the wall outlet, wait about 20 seconds, and then reconnect to power it back on.
Powering Off: When X60 is on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power it off. The LCD screen and LED indicator will turn off.
5.2 Charging
The X60 can be charged using an adapter, a car, or a solar panel.
5.2.1 AC Adapter Charging
Connect one end of the adapter to the charging port of X60 and the other end to a wall outlet. Charging stops automatically when the battery is fully charged.
[Diagram illustrating AC adapter charging: a power adapter connects from a wall outlet to the X60's charging port.]
[Note:]
- X60 cannot be powered off while it is being charged.
- The "INPUT" indicator signifies an adapter is connected but X60 is not charging; it can be turned off.
- The "INPUT" indicator with "-OU-" signifies an overvoltage from the adapter. Confirm it is the original BLUETTI adapter.
- Secondary charging restriction: When X60 is at 100% and the adapter remains connected, it will only recharge when the battery level drops to 95%. This restriction is lifted if the adapter is replugged.
5.2.2 Car Charging
Ensure the following conditions are met for car charging:
- The vehicle can output power.
- The vehicle's engine is running.
Connect one end of the cable to the X60's charging port and the other end to a cigarette lighter port in the car. Charging stops automatically when the battery is fully charged.

[Diagram illustrating solar charging: a BLUETTI PV120 solar panel is connected via an MC4 to DC7909 cable to the X60's charging port.]
[Note:]
- An MC4 to DC7909 cable is required and can be purchased from the BLUETTI official website.
- The X60 does not power on automatically when connected to the PV120.
5.3 Discharging
The X60 is equipped with five types of DC output ports: USB-C, USB-A, DC 12V/5A, DC 16V/4A, and DC 24V/4A. When X60 is on, use the matching power cable to connect your device.
[Note:]
- Only one of the three DC output ports (DC 12V/5A, DC 16V/4A, and DC 24V/4A) can be used at a time.
- To switch output ports:
- Disconnect the device currently in use.
- Wait for 4 seconds.
- Connect the device to the desired output port.
5.4 Set ECO Mode
ECO Mode can extend battery life. When enabled, the battery level of X60 will remain between 60% and 70%. It is recommended to enable this mode if X60 is kept charging.
5.4.1 Enable ECO Mode
When X60 is powered on, press the power button twice to enable ECO mode. The ECO icon will appear at the top left of the LCD screen.
5.4.2 Disable ECO Mode
Disable ECO mode via any of these operations:
- Press the power button twice.
