Setting Up The Tripod

Follow these steps to set up your extendable tripod:

1. Open the mobile phone clamping part by pulling it in the direction indicated by the arrow.
2. Stretch the holding part outwards to securely place and hold your smartphone.
3. Insert the remote shutter into its designated slot, following the direction of the arrows.
4. Extend or retract the three tripod legs by opening or closing them in the direction of the arrow.
5. The 360-degree rotating clamp allows you to adjust the angle of the tripod/selfie stick.

Pairing Instructions for Remote Shutter

Connect the remote shutter to your mobile device via Bluetooth:

1. Navigate to the Bluetooth® Settings on your mobile device.
2. Turn Bluetooth® ON.
3. Press and hold the camera icon ? on the shutter remote button until a green blinking light appears, indicating it is ready to pair.
4. On your Bluetooth® device, select "BY-MC-200" from the list of available devices.
5. The green light will turn off once the shutter and your device are successfully paired.
6. To turn off the shutter remote, press and hold the camera icon ? until the green light blinks and then shuts off.

Battery Replacement for Shutter Remote

Replace the CR2032 battery in the remote shutter as follows:

1. Use a fingernail or a small, hard object to push the back cover's holding tab towards the battery cover.
2. Align a fingernail or small object with the gap on the battery cover and carefully pry the battery out. Replace the old battery with a new one.
3. Reattach the battery cover, ensuring the holding tab clicks back into place.

Important Reminders

• To protect your smartphone, always place the tripod stand on a smooth, stable surface.
• Avoid applying external forces that could cause the tripod to tip over.
• Do not press down on the tripod legs when they are extended, as this may cause them to break or deform.

Warranty Information

Bytech NY INC. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. Bytech's responsibility under this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at its option, of any product which fails during normal consumer use.

This warranty does not extend to damage or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation, or maintenance. To claim warranty service, return the defective product (with freight prepaid) along with proof of purchase within the 12-month period. Please include $5.00 for return shipping and handling.
