Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Desk Mount Setup
- 1a. Attach the Desk Clamp Base (A) to the edge of your desk (thickness 12-50mm) using the Desk Clamp Screw (I).
- 1b. Insert the Lower Pole Section (B) into the Desk Clamp Base (A). Secure it using the Pole Locking Screw (J). Attach the Upper Pole Section (C) to the Lower Pole Section (B) and secure it with the Pole Clamp (G) and Pole Locking Screw (J).
Step 2: Arm Assembly to Pole
Attach the main arm assembly (Lower Arm Segment D and Upper Arm Segment E) onto the pole structure (B/C). Secure it using the Pole Clamp (G) and Pole Locking Screw (J).
Step 3: Tension Adjustment Knob Installation
Install the Tension Adjustment Knob (H) onto the Lower Arm Segment (D).
Step 4: VESA Plate Attachment to Arm
Attach the VESA Mounting Plate (F) to the end of the Upper Arm Segment (E) using the M4x12 screws (K).
Step 5: Monitor Attachment to VESA Plate
Position your monitor onto the VESA Mounting Plate (F). Secure the monitor using the appropriate screws: M4x10 (M-A), M5x12 (M-B), or M6x14 (M-C), depending on your monitor's VESA mounting holes. Ensure the monitor is oriented correctly, noting any "TOP" indicators.
Step 6: Arm Joint Securing
Use the M8x25 (M), M8x50 (N), or M8x130 (O) screws to secure the arm joints as needed for stability and desired movement range.
Step 7: Final Check
Ensure all connections are secure and the monitor is stable.
Arm Balancing and Tension Adjustment
To properly balance the arm with the monitor mounted, adjust the spring tension using the supplied Allen Key (P or Q).
Procedure:
- Position and firmly hold the arm horizontally. Seek assistance if needed.
- If the arm drops: Turn the adjustment screw (H) counter-clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
- If the arm rises: Turn the adjustment screw (H) clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
CAUTION: To avoid damage to the monitor or mount, always keep the arm in a horizontal position while making adjustments. Seek assistance if required.
CAUTION: Do not over-tighten the screws.
Cable Management
Route your monitor cables (power and video) through the designated channels within the arm segments to keep your workspace tidy and prevent cable strain.
