Danze Vitreous China Warranty

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty - Vitreous China

Danze, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the vitreous china portion will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, as shown on the original consumer-purchaser's receipt.

Limited Warranty on Parts

Danze warrants to the original consumer-purchaser that the following parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for the periods stated below from the date of original purchase:

Five (5) years:
- Fluidmaster® fill valve
- Tank lever
Three (3) years:
- Flapper
One (1) year:
- Toilet seat

Components not mentioned above are covered by the original equipment suppliers' warranties. Products and parts installed in accepted commercial installations carry a one (1) year limited warranty.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

Danze's sole remedy is to repair or replace defective parts at its option. Danze is not liable for labor, shipping, freight, or other costs associated with removal or replacement. Installation or use not in accordance with product instructions, improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, or moving the product from its original installation location will void the warranties. Do not use in-tank drop-in toilet bowl cleaners containing bleach or chlorine, as this can damage tank components and cause flooding or property damage, voiding the warranty.

If the Federal Consumer Product Warranties Act applies, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one (1) year.

Danze disclaims all other warranties, express or implied. Danze shall not be liable for any damages for loss of business opportunities, profits, business interruption, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

These warranties grant specific legal rights, and other rights may vary by state. Some laws may limit disclaimers of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on implied warranties.
