If there is any missing part or defective part, please contact customer service via email within 7 business days of the delivery date. Please note that we will not replace any damaged products or missing parts free of charge after 7 business days of installation. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions with your PO number.
- Please make sure to contact your local building codes with questions on installation standards. Building and plumbing codes may vary by location.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Choose Orientation and Mark Location
Choose the mirror direction: vertical or horizontal. Follow the appropriate diagram below.
Vertical Assembly

Select the desired position of the mirror. Level and mark the location.

Step 2: Mark Drilling Locations
Mark the drilling locations and ensure markings are leveled, based on vertical or horizontal mounting. See chart below.

Step 3: Drill Holes and Insert Wall Plugs
3.1 Drill holes approximately 1 1/2 inches deep at each of the marked locations.
3.2 Insert wall plugs (Part 3).
For drywall thicker than 10-12mm, use specified drywall anchors. For drywall less than 10-12mm thick, install brackets on the stud.

Step 4: Install Screws
Install screws (Part 2). Leave a gap of 1/8 inch between the head of the screw and the wall.

Step 5: Mount the Mirror
Peel off the double-sided tape film from the pad. Place the mirror against the wall and slide it down, as shown in Figure 2.
