Foreword

Thanks for purchasing the Comica EJoy D10 Pro.

Main Features

Important Notices

Wired Mode (XLR Output): When outputting analog audio through the XLR port, other functions like status indicator light, EQ, gain adjustment, RGB light, and real-time monitoring are unavailable, only audio signal is delivered.

Version Compatibility: The one-channel version is not compatible with the two-channel version. The one-channel version supports stereo monitoring, while the two-channel version does not (both versions are mono output).

Computer Connection (Microphone TX): When connecting the mic to a computer, select "Comica_EJoy D10 Pro TX" as the output and input device in sound settings.

Computer Connection (Receiver RX): When connecting the receiver to a computer, select "Comica_EJoy D10 Pro RX" as the output and input device in sound settings.

Gain Adjustment: If input volume is too loud when connected to a computer, adjust the computer's "Microphone Properties-Levels" to reduce gain (Windows example shown).

Microphone Placement: Aim the microphone capsule at the sound source for optimal recording.

Environmental Precautions:

Regulatory Compliance: EJoy D10 Pro has type certification according to Japan Radio Law Article 38-24(1).

Installation and Usage

Boom Arm Kit Installation

  1. Clamp the boom arm base onto the desktop and tighten the bottom screw clockwise to secure it.
  2. Insert the boom arm into the base socket. Use the screws on the side of the base to fix and adjust the arm's angle.
  3. Connect the microphone's threaded hole to the boom arm's screw, rotating clockwise to fasten.
  4. Adjust and fix the microphone's position using the locking knob on the boom arm.

Desktop Stand Kit Installation

  1. Connect the microphone's threaded hole to the screw of the desktop mic stand, rotating clockwise to fasten.
  2. Adjust the microphone's angle using the locking knob on the microphone.

Usage

Wired Mode

1. Digital Output

Connect the microphone to a smartphone or computer using the audio output cable. Choose whether to monitor the audio based on your needs.

Note: When connecting to Lightning port devices, please purchase a USB C-Lightning adapter/cable that supports OTG function.

The microphone automatically turns on when connected to a device and powers off after 10 minutes of disconnection.

2. Analog Output

Connect the microphone to an audio interface, recorder, or mixer using an XLR-XLR or XLR-3.5mm TRS audio cable.

Note: When using the XLR port for analog audio output, functions like status indicator light, EQ, gain adjustment, RGB light, and real-time monitoring are unavailable, only the audio signal is transmitted.

Please purchase the appropriate XLR-XLR or XLR-3.5mm TRS audio cable separately if connecting to XLR interface devices.

The microphone automatically turns on when connected to a device and powers off after 10 minutes of disconnection.

Wireless Mode

Pairing

The microphone and receiver are paired by default. If re-pairing is necessary:

  1. Turn on the microphone (TX). Simultaneously long press the EQ Effect Button and RGB Light Button to enter pairing status.
  2. Connect the receiver (RX) to a device to establish a wireless connection. After successful pairing, the microphone's (TX) status indicator light will remain solid blue.

Pairing Indicator Status:

Troubleshooting: If pairing fails on some mobile phones (e.g., HUAWEI, OPPO), ensure the phone's OTG function is enabled (most phones have it enabled by default).

Usage (Connecting Receiver

Refer to the connection diagrams for connecting the receiver to various devices (smartphones, laptops, desktops).

Note: When connecting to Lightning port devices, please purchase a USB C-Lightning adapter/cable that supports OTG function.
