Troubleshooting
Q: No sound comes out.
A: 1. Check all connections and ensure the correct input source is selected (See "Using Your Soundbar"). 2. Verify TV audio settings (See "Using Your Soundbar" and TV brand-specific guides). 3. If issues persist, contact support@meredo.net.
Note: TV settings vary. If the soundbar repeatedly shuts down or restarts after connecting to the TV via ARC, disconnect other devices (set-top boxes, DVD players) or disable the TV's CEC function.
Q: No sound or noise from Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, but some shows work on Smart TV?
A: The soundbar does not support Dolby Sound and DTS. Disable Dolby and DTS on the streaming service and select "Stereo" instead of Dolby in the audio settings.
Q: What if the speaker emits noise?
A: This could be due to electromagnetic interference (e.g., from an internet modem). Try to identify and eliminate the source of interference.
Q: Can I use a Fire TV remote or a universal remote?
A: For IR codes or Fire TV list selection, contact support@meredo.net for assistance.
Q: Remote control is not working.
A: 1. Replace batteries. 2. Use the remote within 23ft (7m) and at a 30° angle. 3. If issues persist, contact support@meredo.net.
