How to Add Camera

Follow these steps to add your camera to the app:

On the app's main screen, you will see your cameras. Click the add button [+] to add a new camera.

Your cameras are listed under 'Cameras'. You can see options like 'Cloud', 'Settings', and 'Alerts' for each camera.

Available rooms/locations for cameras include: Living room, Front door, Bedroom, Kitchen, Garden, Patio, Office, Hall, Storage.

How to Connect with Wi-Fi

Choose the Wi-Fi connection mode.

WiFi connection: Connect camera through Wi-Fi.

Other ways to connect are also available.

Camera Installation

Wait 20 seconds until you hear a two-tone sequence.

If you hear the sequence, proceed. If not, you can press 'I did not hear it'.

If you don't hear the sequence, please press the "RESET" button on the device for more than 5 seconds until you hear the sequence, which indicates a successful reset.

Connect to Wi-Fi

Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.

Note: 5GHz wireless band is not supported. To use a different WiFi network, TAP HERE.

Save password option is available.

Tips: Place camera close to the router.

Minimum network requirement must be met.

Note:
1. 5GHz wireless band is not supported.
2. Please turn on location of phone.

QR Code Setup

Ensure the QR code faces the camera directly.

If you hear tips, press next. If you did not hear anything, click here.

The QR code displayed on the mobile phone is scanned by the camera lens. The device will emit a prompt sound: "QR code scan successful" and "Wi-Fi connected". Click Next and wait for the network configuration to complete.

Pairing Successful

Congratulations! Your camera pairing is successful.

Camera name: Smart Camera

You can assign the camera to a location like Living room, Front door, Bedroom, Kitchen, Garden, Patio, Office, Hall, or Storage.

How to Use App

The app interface includes the following controls:

• Camera Setting
• Full screen
• White Light control
• Voice intercom
• Local record
• Hear sound of device
• Local screenshot
• PTZ control (Pan-Tilt-Zoom)

Navigation tabs at the bottom include 'Device', 'Activity', 'Alerts', and 'Profile'.

Alerts

The 'Alerts' section shows a log of motion detection events with timestamps and associated video clips.

Each alert includes the time, event type (e.g., Motion Detected), and the camera name.

You can view 'Alert clips' for each event.

Activity / Playback

In the 'Activity' section, you can view recorded footage.

You can select the date and time to view recordings.

Recordings can be accessed from the SD card or through cloud playback.

The timeline shows recorded segments for specific dates (e.g., 8/11, 8/12, 8/13, 8/14).

Cloud Storage

You can subscribe to cloud storage for your camera footage.

Access cloud storage subscription options from the camera's settings.

Common Problems

Q: The camera is offline or offline

1. Check if the power supply is working properly.
2. Power off and restart the device to reconnect to the network.
3. Check if the signal coverage is weak.
4. Consider signal interference shielding in special places.

Q: How does the camera store video?

1. The camera supports the F32 format with a maximum capacity of 64G. After the card is recognized, it automatically records, and when the storage is full, it automatically overwrites the original recording and loops recording.
2. Support opening cloud storage service to store video.
