Redkey P9 Vacuum Cleaner
Safety Instructions
Please read this instruction booklet carefully. This appliance is for domestic use only and should be used as described in this booklet. Before using, check that the mains power voltage corresponds to the voltage shown on the rating plate.
Do not use the appliance to vacuum the following:
- Water and other liquids
- Lighted stub, hot ashes, and other combustible things
- Sharp matter
- Wood pieces, gesso, cement, calcimine, and other tiny granules
- Keep the vacuum cleaner away from stoves and heat-emitting appliances. Heat can deform and discolor plastic parts.
- Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not charging.
- Never use spirits or other solvents to clean the appliance.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when switched on. Keep out of reach of children or infirm individuals.
- Do not switch the appliance on if it appears faulty.
- The battery must be removed before scrapping the appliance.
- The battery is to be disposed of safely.
- Disconnect the appliance from the supply when removing the battery.
- Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all body parts away from openings and moving parts.
- Only the manufacturer-provided adapter can be used.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved.
Parts Description
The Redkey P9 Vacuum Cleaner includes the following parts:

Assembly Instructions:
Assembling the aluminum tube: Fit the tube onto the main body's air inlet until it clicks into position. To remove, hold the main body, press the release knob, and remove the tube.
Assembling the motorized floor brush: Fit the electrical floor brush onto the tube until it clicks into position. To remove, hold the aluminum tube, press the floor brush release knob, and remove the brush from the tube.
Assembling the crevice tool: Fit the accessory onto the main body's air inlet and/or the tube until it clicks into position. The 2 in 1 brush is good for cleaning stairs, corners, and hard-to-reach areas.
Assembling the 2 in 1 brush: Fit the accessory onto the main body's air inlet and/or the tube until it clicks into position. This brush is useful for cleaning stairs, corners, and furniture.
Assembling the mini motorized brush: Fit the accessory onto the main body's air inlet and/or the tube until it clicks into position. The Mini motorized brush is ideal for cleaning sofas, curtains, bedding, and rugs.
Operating the Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
Before first use: Ensure the vacuum cleaner has been charged for 4-4.5 hours. Turn on the vacuum cleaner by pressing the ON/OFF button.
Notes: The battery indicator light represents battery capacity and will illuminate during use.
Warnings: Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the removable filter or dust bin present.
How to Charge the Product
1. Turn off the cordless vacuum cleaner.
2. Connect the adapter to the charging port on the main unit (a) or charge the battery pack individually (b).
3. Plug the adapter into the main power supply. In mode (a), the battery indicator will flash and stay on when fully charged. In mode (b), the indicator will flash red and stay on green when fully charged.
Warning: Do not use any mains power adapter other than the one supplied, as using an alternative increases the risk of injury and/or damage to the main product.
How to Operate the Product
Tips: The appliance provides two speed options for multi-cleaning. Use maximum power for heavy dust or stains, and minimum power for light dust or clean surfaces.
1. Power/Charge Indicator:
- During working process: Lights indicate remaining power. 4 lights are on when fully charged, gradually reducing to 3, 2, and 1 light with ongoing power consumption.
- During charging process: Lights indicate charging level. 1 light blinks and stays on when well charged, then the 2nd, 3rd, and all 4 lights stay on when fully charged.
2. Roller Snap: The appliance alerts when the floor brush is snapped or blocked by particles; the floor brush will stop after a few seconds. Stop the appliance immediately and restart it after the blockage is removed.
3. Power Level Indication: The light for the selected power level will be illuminated when selected.
4. Power Selection: Press the power selection button to select the minimum or maximum power according to your needs.
5. Air Duct Blockage Indicator: If this indicator is always on, it signifies that the air inlet channel of the vacuum cleaner is blocked by foreign matter. Clean the channel or clear the air inlet filter element.
Care and Maintenance
How to Clean the Inlet/Outlet Filters
1. Turn off the cordless vacuum cleaner.
2. Press the release button; the bottom plate will drop down automatically.
3. Pull the inlet HEPA filter downwards to remove it. After cleaning, put it back in the counter-clockwise direction.
4. Rotate the filter cap counter-clockwise to remove it. Lift the outlet HEPA filter upwards to remove it. After cleaning, put the filter back in the counter-clockwise direction.
5. Clean filters by slapping or washing with water. Allow them to dry completely and naturally.
6. Carefully place the filters back into the dust cup after they are completely dry.
How to Remove the Dust Cup and Preliminary Filter
Tips: For deep cleaning, it is suggested to clean the dust cup and preliminary filter at certain frequencies.
1. After the dust cup is removed, hold the preliminary filter and turn it counter-clockwise to remove it.
2. Clean the dust cup and preliminary filter by slapping or washing with water. Wait for them to dry completely and naturally.
3. Reinsert the preliminary filter counter-clockwise, ensuring it is locked into position.
4. Reinsert the dust cup counter-clockwise, ensuring it is locked into position with a "click" sound.
Cleaning Instructions
How to Clean the Dust Cup
To empty the dust cup: Press the dust cup release button directly, then drop the dust into a waste container (Fig 1). Alternatively, remove the dust cup first, then press the dust cup release button directly to empty it into a waste container (Fig 2).
How to Clean Floor Brush
Tips: Clean the brush frequently to ensure pickup performance and prevent damage caused by hair, cloth, or large particles.
1. Remove the floor brush from the main appliance as described in the "Assembling the Cordless Vacuum cleaner and Tools" section.
2. Push the release button in the direction of the arrow (a).
3. Lift the arm to the side (b).
4. Move the roller out by pulling upwards (c).
How to Remove the Battery Pack
Tips: The battery pack is detachable from the main unit and can be removed for individual charging or to order an extra one for replacement.
1. Turn off the cordless vacuum cleaner.
2. Press the release button as indicated (Fig a) and pull the battery pack backwards to remove it from the main unit (Fig b).
3. Reinsert the battery pack counter-clockwise, ensuring it locks securely with a "click" sound.
How to Clean Mini Motorized Brush
Tips: Clean the mini motorized brush frequently to ensure pickup performance and prevent damage caused by hair, cloth, or large particles.
1. Remove the mini motorized brush from the main appliance when necessary.
2. Turn the cap clockwise using a tool or a coin to move out the cap (a).
3. Move the roller out in the direction of the arrow (b).
4. Reinsert the brush components counter-clockwise, ensuring the cap is locked securely.
Storage and Disposal
How to Store the Appliance
Tips: After use, store the appliance in a safe place, away from hot or wet areas or fire.
1. Disconnect the appliance from the main power supply.
2. Empty the dust cup and clean the filters.
3. Store the appliance on the wall mount, ensuring it is firmly attached.
Battery Removal and Disposal
The cordless vacuum cleaner contains a Li-ion battery and must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way at the end of its life. Discarded batteries are non-environmentally friendly and must be disposed of according to applicable regulations.
- Discharge the battery by running the appliance until it stops.
- Remove the battery pack from the appliance.
- Dispose of the battery at a designated chemical waste collection point.
Correct Disposal of the Product

To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

Troubleshooting

Warranty Information
The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer's own country of residence, within 1 year, starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user. The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship. Repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service center. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Incorrect use, e.g., overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories.
- Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
- Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g., connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions.
- Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
