Please read the instructions carefully and use the cleaner according to the instructions. Redkey is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
- Use only accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- This model is only applicable to swimming pools with flat floors.
- Do not let children ride on the cleaner or play with it as a toy.
- Use only original and authorized power adapters.
- The adapter cable can only be replaced by qualified electrical equipment.
- Do not open the cleaner when it is not in water.
- When charging, the charging adapter must be connected to an anti-leakage and grounded socket.
- Do not operate the cleaner when there are people in the swimming pool.
- Always clean and clean the filter disc after use.
- Turn off the cleaner during maintenance, cleaning, or when not in use.
- Detergent should be stored in a cool, ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight.
- When charging, keep the cleaning machine in a cool place without covering anything to prevent damage to internal electrical components due to overheating.
- This product is designed by a professional designer, and the sealing device is installed by a professional instrument. Do not open it without permission, as it may lose its sealing property and cause water ingress.
- Do not operate the cleaner when the swimming pool filter is running.
- The motor seal contains grease. If the grease leaks, it may cause water pollution.
- Due to battery capacity limitations, the cleaner is suitable for swimming pools up to 1000 sq. ft (100 m²). Larger pools may affect performance.
- When storing the cleaner for a long time, charge it every three months to maintain battery life between 40%-60%. Failure to charge may lead to over-discharge and damage to the battery.
- Do not pierce the shell of the cleaner with nails or other sharp objects. Do not hammer, strike, or throw the cleaner.
- Before charging, ensure the charging socket is dry.
- This product is mainly used to help users clean leaves, particles, coarse sand, and paper scraps. It is most effective on granular debris.
1. Introduction
The Redkey S100 is a rechargeable automatic pool cleaner that filters water without needing to replace the pool water. With a simple one-click start, it can make your swimming pool look new, simplifying your life.
2. Structure
The Redkey S100 consists of the following main components:
- Top cover with Flipper & Handle
- Filter tray
- Chassis with wheels
- Scraper
- Charger
- Retrieving Hook

4. Operation Instructions
4.1. Precautions
- Put into or lift out of the pool with the cleaner bottom towards the wall to avoid any possible scratches to the pool.
- Install the swing plate and floating handle before using.
- Install the scrapers to enhance suction effect.
- Please ensure that the top cover of the cleaner is tightly assembled to its chassis.
- When fastening the top cover and chassis, align the arrow position near the cover buckle with the hole position near the chassis buckle.
- When charging, it is strictly forbidden to face the bottom up to prevent the swing plate from being crushed.
- Power off the cleaner after using.
- Do not touch the wall to avoid scratching the wall or damaging the cleaner when putting into or lifting out of the pool.
- Hold the cleaner on the water surface for 10-15 seconds until it empties before removing from the pool.
- Grab the floating handle and pull at the rope for lifting it on the water surface, and then grasp its handle to remove it from the pool.
4.2. Quick Operation
- Charge the battery with the supplied charger.
- Power off the cleaner before charging.
- Clean the charging port before charging.
- A red charging indicator indicates the battery is charging.
- A green charging indicator indicates charging is finished.
- Put the cleaner into the water and empty the inside air as per section 4.1.a. Press the switch to power on the cleaner.
- The cleaner will automatically reverse when it touches the wall.
- The cleaner will stop running after completing the working cycle. Hook the floating handle with a pole and pull the cleaner to the water surface near the edge of the pool.
- Power-off operation: The buzzer will alarm when lifting out of the pool. Press the switch to OFF to shut down the cleaner. Always clean the filter tray after use.
4.3. Functions and Adjustments of Wheels
The cleaner has 4 wheels. The left and right wheels are fixed. The front and back wheels can be adjusted to change the cleaner's running path.
Wheel Adjustment:
- Push the wheel buckle, pull down the wheel to remove it.
- Re-install the wheel stem into the desired groove (A, B, or C) on the chassis to achieve different running paths.
Recommended Wheel Settings:
- B-A: Maximum maneuvering (Factory setting, ideal for round above-ground pools).
- B-C: Smaller rebounding angle than B-A.
- C-A: Smaller rebounding angle than B-C.
- C-C: Minimum maneuvering (For rectangular or longer pools).
4.4. Filter Cleaning
- Open the cleaner using the clips.
- Remove the filter tray.
- Clean the filter tray and chassis with water.
- Reassemble the cleaner.
- Secure the clips.
5. Troubleshooting

8. Warranty
This product has passed all quality control and safety tests conducted by the factory's technical department.
Warranty Information:
- The warranty covers 12 months (for battery and motor only) from the date of original purchase.
- This warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- The warranty extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage resulting from mishandling by the owner.
- The sales invoice must be presented for any claim or repair during the warranty period.
