Panel Instruction
The panel features a six-digit LED display with a minus digit indicator and status indicator lights for temperature, humidity, and setting mode.
Heating/Cooling Mode Setting
This section details how to configure the controller for heating or cooling operations.
Setting Temperature
To set the starting temperature, press and hold the [Set Button] until the temperature display flashes, then use the [Up Button] and [Down Button] to adjust the value. To set the stop temperature, press and hold the [Set Button] again until the temperature display stops flashing, then use the [Up Button] and [Down Button] to adjust.
Case 1: Heating Example
Control a water heater: Start heating at 50°C, stop at 65°C.
- Set heating mode: Starting temperature < Stop temperature.
- Press and hold [Set Button] to start temperature flashing. Set starting temperature to 50°C using [Up Button]/[Down Button].
- Press and hold [Set Button] to stop temperature flashing. Set stop temperature to 65°C using [Up Button]/[Down Button].
- Setting is complete.
Case 2: Cooling Example
Ventilate with a fan: Start ventilation at 30°C, stop at 26°C.
- Set cooling mode: Starting temperature > Stop temperature.
- Press and hold [Set Button] to start temperature flashing. Set starting temperature to 30°C using [Up Button]/[Down Button].
- Press and hold [Set Button] to stop temperature flashing. Set stop temperature to 26°C using [Up Button]/[Down Button].
- Setting is complete.
Humidification/Dehumidification Mode Setting
This section explains how to configure humidity control.
Setting Humidity
To set the start humidity, press and hold the [Set Button] until the humidity value flashes, then use the [Up Button] and [Down Button] to adjust. To set the stop humidity, press and hold the [Set Button] again until the humidity value stops flashing, then use the [Up Button] and [Down Button] to adjust. The controller automatically returns to the normal display state after 5 seconds of inactivity.
Humidification Setting Example
Set humidification: Start at 50% RH, stop at 80% RH.
- Press and hold [Set Button] for 3 seconds to start humidity value flashing. Set starting humidity to 50% RH.
- Press and hold [Set Button] for 3 seconds to stop humidity value flashing. Set stop humidity to 80% RH.
- Setting is complete.
Dehumidification Example
Workshop exhaust dehumidification: Start dehumidification at 70% RH, stop at 40% RH.
- Press and hold [Set Button] for 3 seconds to start humidity value flashing. Set starting humidity to 40% RH.
- Press and hold [Set Button] for 3 seconds to stop humidity value flashing. Set stop humidity to 70% RH.
- Setting is complete.
Wiring Diagram
The controller has 10 terminals for connections. The wiring diagram illustrates two connection methods.
Connection 1: Independent Power Supply for Load
This configuration uses a separate power supply for the load.
Terminals 1-3: Sensor connection. Associated wire colors are Blue, Yellow, Green, and Red.
Terminals 4-6: Humidifying/Heating Load connection.
Power Supply: 12-72V DC
Diagram shows connections for Sensor (terminals 1-3), Humidifying/Heating Load (terminals 4-6), and Power Supply (12-72V DC).
Connection 2: Same Power Supply for Load
This configuration uses the same power supply for both the controller and the load.
Terminals 1-3: Sensor connection. Associated wire colors are Blue, Yellow, Green, and Red.
Terminals 4-6: Humidifying/Heating Load connection.
Power Supply: 110VAC/220VAC
Diagram shows connections for Sensor (terminals 1-3), Humidifying/Heating Load (terminals 4-6), and Power Supply (110VAC/220VAC).
Note: The thermostat's output terminals do not provide voltage output. The device must be connected to a power supply.
Indicator Light Status Instruction
Indicator Light | Function |
---|---|
Temperature Indicator | On: Refrigeration/Heating starts; Off: Refrigeration/Heating stops; Flash: Compressor delay |
Humidity Indicator | On: Humidification starts; Off: Humidification stops |
Set Indicator Light | On: Parameter setting status |
Note: The Cool and Heat indicator lights cannot be on simultaneously.
Error Description
Alarm when sensor error: If the sensor is open circuit or short-circuited, the controller activates a sensor error alarm. All running statuses are turned off, and the display shows "EE". Pressing any key cancels the alarm sound. The system returns to normal display when the error is cleared.
Alarm when the measuring temperature exceeds temperature measuring range: If the measured temperature exceeds the defined range, the controller activates an error alarm. All running statuses are turned off, and the display shows "HH". Pressing any key cancels the alarm sound. The system returns to normal operation when the temperature is within the normal measuring range.
Safety Regulations
Danger:
- Strictly distinguish the sensor down-lead, power wire, and output relay interface to prevent wrong connections or overloading the relay.
- Prohibit connecting wire terminals without cutting off electricity.
Warning:
Prohibit using the machine in environments with excessive dampness, high temperatures, strong electromagnetic interference, or strong corrosion.
Notice:
- The power supply should conform to the voltage value indicated in the instructions.
- To avoid interference, keep the sensor down-lead and power wire at a proper distance from each other.
