3. Wiring Diagram
A diagram shows the wiring for the STC-3028 controller. It illustrates connections for power supply (110/220V AC, with L and N terminals), a humidity sensor, and another power supply (12V DC/72V DC or 110VAC/220VAC) connected to the device.
4. Key Instruction
- [Up Arrow]: increase value of start temperature
- [Down Arrow]: decrease value of stop temperature
- [Up Arrow]: increase value of start humidity
- [Down Arrow]: decrease value of stop humidity
A diagram shows the controller's interface with buttons labeled [Up Arrow], [Down Arrow], and [Set/Mode].
5. Key Operation Instruction
Temperature Setting:
- In normal working status, the left LED displays the real-time temperature. Press the [Up Arrow] key once. The red LED displays the start temperature. Press the [Down Arrow] key once. The red LED displays the stop temperature.
- Hold the [Up Arrow] key for 3s. The LED flashes. Press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] key to change the start temperature.
- Hold the [Down Arrow] key for 3s. The LED flashes. Press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] key to change the stop temperature.
Humidity Setting:
- In normal working status, the right blue screen displays the real-time humidity. Press the [Up Arrow] key once. The red LED displays the start humidity. Press the [Down Arrow] key once. The blue LED displays the stop humidity.
- Hold the [Up Arrow] key for 3s. The LED flashes. Press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] key to change the start humidity.
- Hold the [Down Arrow] key for 3s. The LED flashes. Press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] key to change the stop humidity.
6. Operation Instruction
Cooling Mode:
When set start temperature is greater than or equal to stop temperature, the controller will work in cooling mode. A cooler can be used as the load. For example, set start temperature to 35°C and stop temperature to 32°C. The cooler works when the temperature is ≥ 35°C and stops when the temperature is ≤ 32°C.
Heating Mode:
When set start temperature is less than or equal to stop temperature, the controller will work in heating mode. A heater can be used as the load. For example, set start temperature to 45°C and stop temperature to 60°C. The heater stops when the temperature is ≥ 60°C and works when the temperature is ≤ 45°C.
Dehumidification Mode:
When set start humidity is greater than or equal to stop humidity, the controller will work in dehumidification mode. A dehumidifier can be used as the load. For example, set start humidity to 35%RH and stop humidity to 15%RH. The dehumidifier works when the humidity is ≥ 35%RH and stops when the humidity is ≤ 15%RH.
Humidification Mode:
When set start humidity is less than or equal to stop humidity, the controller will work in humidification mode. A humidifier can be used as the load. For example, set start humidity to 45%RH and stop humidity to 60%RH. The humidifier stops when the humidity is ≥ 60%RH and works when the humidity is ≤ 45%RH.
Reset:
In normal working status, hold the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] keys. The two screens will display '888' to reset the controller.
Temperature and Humidity Calibration:
- In normal working status, hold the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] keys for 2 seconds to enter calibration mode of temperature. Press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] key to set the value between -30 and 30.
- In normal working status, hold the [Up Arrow] and [Down Arrow] keys for 2 seconds to enter calibration mode of humidity. Press the [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] key to set the value between -30 and 30.
- For example, if the tested temperature displays 25°C, but the real temperature is 30°C, if we set the value to 5, the tested temperature will change to display 30°C (25°C + 5°C). If we set the value to -5, the tested temperature will change to display 20°C (25°C - 5°C).
