Product Overview

The BIGBIG WON ARMOR-X is a wireless back button attachment designed to enhance gaming controllers, primarily for the Xbox Series Controller. It offers advanced features such as customizable mapping, turbo functionality, macro recording, and adjustable rumble motors. The ARMORX is compatible with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PCs.

Attaching the ARMORX

1. Remove the battery compartment cover from the Xbox Series Controller.
2. Attach the ARMORX to the controller's battery compartment.
3. Plug the USB-C flexible cable of the ARMORX into the USB port of the Xbox Series Controller.

Notice: For optimal performance, fully charge the ARMORX before first use. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

Connecting to the Console

Wireless Connection:

The ARMOR-X supports Xbox, PC, and Switch consoles.

1. Turn on the ARMORX by holding the power button.
2. Plug the USB wireless adapter into the console's USB port. The ARMORX will automatically detect the platform.
3. LED1 Status:
   • Slow flashing: ARMORX is connecting to the adapter.
   • Fast flashing: ARMORX is pairing with the adapter.
   • Always on: Connection is successful (adapter indicator will also be on). The color may change to match the platform.
4. LED2 Status:
   • Flashing: Connection between ARMORX and controller is unsuccessful.
   • Always on: Connection is successful.

Switch Console Specific: For Switch, navigate to System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Pro Controller Wired Communication and set it to 'On'.

Wired Connection:

1. After attaching the ARMORX to the controller, hold the power button to turn it on.
2. Connect the ARMORX's USB-C port to the console using the provided TYPE-C cable.
3. Check that both indicator lights on the ARMORX are solid, indicating a successful wired connection.

Note: The 3.5mm audio jack is only functional during a wired connection.

Re-Pairing the Adapter

The ARMORX is factory-paired. Re-pairing is only necessary if the connection fails.

1. With the ARMORX powered on, hold the AB button + FN button until LED1 flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
2. Plug the USB wireless adapter into the console and hold its pair button until its indicator flashes rapidly, entering pairing mode.
3. Both LED1 and the adapter indicator will flash rapidly during pairing. Wait until both indicators are solid to confirm successful re-pairing.

Hair Trigger Function

Activate the hair trigger function for immediate response without full trigger travel.

1. To enable: Hold the LT button. The LED2 will flash cyan twice upon success.
2. To enable: Hold the RT button. The LED2 will flash cyan twice upon success.

When the hair trigger is active, LED2 will flash cyan when the trigger is pressed. Double-clicking the hair trigger button cancels the function.

Mapping Button Functionality

Customize your controller buttons with the mapping feature.

Mapping Setting:

1. Press the AB button + M1 button (or M2, M3, M4) to enter mapping mode. LED2 will glow green.
2. Press the target button you wish to map.
3. Press the button you want to assign to the target button. LED2 will flash twice, indicating successful mapping.

Cancel Mapping:

To cancel a specific mapping: Hold the button (M1-M4) whose mapping you want to cancel and double-click the AB button. LED2 will flash green twice.

Cancel All Mappings:

To cancel all custom mappings: Double-click the AB button. LED2 will flash green twice.

Turbo Button Functionality

Enable rapid-fire functionality on supported buttons.

Supported Buttons for Turbo: ABXY, D-pad, LT/RT/LB/RB, M1-M4, RS/LS.

Turbo Setting:

1. Hold the desired button and press the FN button to activate turbo. The controller will vibrate for 0.2 seconds, and LED2 will flash orange twice.

Cancel Turbo:

1. To cancel turbo on a specific button: Hold the button with turbo enabled and double-click the FN button. LED2 will flash orange twice.

Cancel All Buttons' Turbo:

Double-click the FN button. LED2 will flash orange twice, canceling turbo on all buttons.

Change Turbo Frequency:

Hold the FN button + up arrow button to cycle through frequencies: 5/s, 10/s, 20/s. (Note: Turbo frequency is not affected by on-board profiles).

Macro Recording Functionality

Record and play back sequences of button inputs.

Supported Buttons for Macros: ABXY, D-pad, LT/RT/LB/RB, M1-M4, RS/LS.

Macro Recording:

1. Press the FN button + M1 button (or M2, M3, M4) to enter macro recording mode. LED2 will glow red.
2. Perform the sequence of button presses you wish to record.
3. Press the FN button once to finish recording. LED2 will flash twice to confirm the end of recording. LED2 will slowly flash while the macro is being executed.

Cancel Macro:

To cancel a specific macro: Hold the button (M1-M4) assigned to the macro and double-click the FN button. LED2 will flash red twice.

Cancel All Macros:

Double-click the FN button. LED2 will flash red twice, canceling all recorded macros.

Adjustment of Rumble Motor

Customize the vibration feedback intensity.

1. To adjust trigger motor vibration: Press the FN button + left arrow button. Vibration intensity can be cycled through four levels: strong, medium, weak, off.
2. To adjust handle motor vibration: Press the FN button + right arrow button. Vibration intensity can be cycled through four levels: strong, medium, weak, off.

On-Board Profiles

The ARMORX supports three on-board profiles. Cycle through them by clicking the profile switch button. The color of LED1 on the left side indicates the active profile:

• Orange: First profile
• Green: Second profile
• Blue: Third profile

Battery Information

The ARMORX is equipped with a 1300mAh battery, providing up to 10 hours of use. Battery life is influenced by vibration intensity, with high-frequency vibrations reducing it.

Charging power is 5V/1A, and a full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

• Low Battery Indicator: When the battery is critically low, the controller will vibrate three times, and LED1 will flash red rapidly, repeating every 5 minutes.
• Charging Indicator: While charging, LED1 will be solid red. After a full charge, LED1 will turn solid green.
