3. Printing Rules
Font/Font Size: Helvetica Neue 65, size 5.5pt for main text, 5pt for clear text (can be slightly adjusted based on content and layout).
Barcode: 128 code. Barcode height must be no less than 3mm. Printing grade must be C or higher due to material and layout limitations.
QR Code: QR code. Size must be no less than 12x12mm. Minimum resolution 600dpi.
Spacing: Barcode spacing must be no less than 4mm.
Reading Notes: Supports scanning via mobile phones, barcode scanners, etc. Specific requirements are subject to printing rule descriptions.
General Printing: Chinese/English half-width characters are used unless otherwise specified.
Content Clarity: Content must be clear, readable, and resistant to abrasion.
RoHS Compliance: Must comply with RoHS standards. PET material must have UL certification.
Cutting: Edges must be complete. Printing should not have ink overflow, uneven color, or other defects.
4. Physical Performance Tests
Adhesion (A): A 25mm wide label is applied to a steel plate. The force required to pull the label at a 180° angle is measured. Copperplate paper/PET adhesion > 1.2KG/25mm.
Cohesion (B): A 25mm wide label is applied to a vertically fixed steel plate with an area of 25x25mm. A 1KG weight is hung for 8 hours. The label must not detach or shift.
Normal Temperature Resistance (C):
- On steel plate: Temperature range -20~100℃. After 8 hours at 80~100℃, the label must not peel, delaminate, detach, or bubble.
- On plastic/carton: Temperature range -20~65℃. After 8 hours at 65℃, the label must not peel, delaminate, detach, or bubble.
Temperature and Humidity Cycle Test (D):
- Cycle Conditions: Applied to textured plastic surface (PET); Applied to textured plastic surface/carton (copperplate paper).
- Temperature Setting: -20~60℃.
- Humidity Setting: 30~90%.
- After 96 hours, the label must not peel, delaminate, detach, or bubble.
5. Label Placement Diagrams
Detailed diagrams illustrate label placement on the following:
- Device Bottom Label: Shows the main nameplate label placement.
- Color Box Label: Shows placement on the corner of the color box.
- Collective Box Label: Shows placement on the packaging slip, facing outwards when stacked, and on both sides.
- Pallet Label: Two labels are required: one inside the protective film, and one between the two layers of protective film on the pallet.
Note: Stacking layers and methods are subject to requirement documents.
