- [Hardware 9]: Four (4) bolts with nuts or screws.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Construct the gate frame by connecting two vertical members ([Part 1]) with two horizontal members ([Part 2]) and two more horizontal members ([Part 3]). Use four bolts/screws ([Hardware 9]) to attach the assembled frame to posts. The diagram indicates a measurement relationship C = A + B for frame construction.
Step 2
Position the diamond-patterned mesh panel ([Part 7]) onto the frame. Begin securing it using five clips ([Part 4]) and ten fasteners ([Hardware 8]).
Step 3
Continue securing the mesh panel ([Part 7]) to the frame using the remaining five clips ([Part 4]) and ten fasteners ([Hardware 8]).
Step 4
Attach the two hinge assemblies ([Part 5]) to one vertical side of the gate frame.
Step 5
Attach the gate latch assembly ([Part 6]) to the opposite vertical side of the gate frame.
Step 6
Verify all connections are secure. The gate is designed for posts with a diameter of approximately 40-42mm (Φ40/42mm). Assembly is complete.
