Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Connect two Part 1 tubes to two Part 2 tubes using Hardware A (x1), Hardware H (x2), and Hardware K (x2) per side. Attach Part 5 (x1) and Part 6 (x1) tubes to these connections using Hardware H (x2) and Hardware K (x2) per side.
Step 2: Construct Main Arches
Assemble the main arched structure. Connect Part 3 tubes (x4) and Part 5 tubes (x4) to the base frame using Hardware H (x4) and Hardware K (x8). Integrate Part 6 tubes (x4) and Part 10 tubes (x4) to form the roof structure, securing with Hardware H (x4) and Hardware K (x4). Use Part 11 (x2) and Part 12 (x2) connectors where needed, securing with Hardware H (x2) and Hardware K (x2). Attach Part 7 (x1) and Part 8 (x1) tubes as indicated, securing with Hardware H (x2) and Hardware K (x2).
Step 3: Add Intermediate Supports
Continue building the frame by connecting Part 1 tubes (x2) and Part 3 tubes (x2) to the existing structure using Hardware H (x2) and Hardware K (x2). Attach Part 4 tubes (x5) and Part 10 tubes (x2) to create additional support and shape, securing with Hardware H (x5) and Hardware K (x5).
Step 4: Reinforce Frame
Add final frame reinforcements. Connect Part 1 tubes (x2) and Part 3 tubes (x2) using Hardware H (x2) and Hardware K (x2). Attach Part 7 (x1) and Part 8 (x1) tubes using Hardware H (x2) and Hardware K (x2). Secure remaining connections with Hardware A (x5), Hardware H (x5), and Hardware K (x5) as shown in the diagrams.
Step 5: Attach Cover and Secure
Drape the cover over the assembled frame. Secure the cover using Hardware B (pegs/stakes) driven into the ground at the base. Attach Guy Ropes (Hardware C) to the designated points on the frame and stake them to the ground for added stability. Use the Hammer/Mallet (Hardware D) to drive stakes.
Step 6: Final Check
Ensure all parts are securely fastened and the structure is stable. The assembly is now complete.
