Assembly Steps
Step 1: Identify Parts and Hardware
Familiarize yourself with all components and hardware provided. The diagrams show parts labeled with numbers (1-19) and hardware labeled with letters (A-P).
Step 2: Hardware Quantities
Review the quantities of each hardware type: A (30 pcs), B (9 pcs), C (3 pcs), D (29 pcs), E (1 pc), F (21 pcs), G (2 pcs), H (2 pcs), I (4 pcs), J (2 pcs), K (3 pcs), L (5 pcs), M (1 pc). Also note parts N (1 pc), O (1 pc), P (2 pcs).
Step 3: Assemble Base Structure
Attach side panel (2) and another side panel (6) to the base panel (1) using hardware D (multiple pieces indicated by 'Dx4' and 'Dx5'). Attach back panel (3) to the base and side panels using hardware D. Attach shelf panel (4) using hardware D.
Step 4: Add Shelving and Dividers
Attach shelf panel (4) to the structure. Attach panel (5) to the top of the side panels. Use hardware A and D as indicated.
Step 5: Continue Assembly
Attach panel (4) and panel (5) to the existing structure using hardware A and D.
Step 6: Assemble Drawer
Assemble the drawer components: drawer front (17), drawer sides (18), and drawer bottom (19). Use hardware H and D. Attach drawer runners (implied) using hardware D.
Step 7: Insert Drawer and Shelves
Insert the assembled drawer into its designated space. Place shelf panel (8) into position.
Step 8: Attach Oven Door and Panels
Attach oven door panel (9) using hardware B. Attach panels (4) and (7) using hardware D and F.
Step 9: Finalize Top and Back
Attach top panel (5) using hardware D. Attach back panel (10) using hardware D. Attach drawer front (17) using hardware L. Attach drawer sides (18) using hardware L. Attach drawer bottom (19) using hardware L. Note: Hammer is not included.
Step 10: Connect Main Units
Connect the main cabinet sections using hardware A and D.
Step 11: Secure Back Panels
Attach back panels (10, 11, 14) using hardware A.
Step 12: Attach Side Panels with Shelves
Attach side panel (12) and another side panel (15) to the main structure. Use hardware C and K. Attach shelf panel (13) using hardware C.
Step 13: Add More Shelves
Attach shelf panel (13) to the side panels (12, 15) using hardware A.
Step 14: Attach Back Panels
Attach back panel (14) using hardware A.
Step 15: Attach Side Panels
Attach side panel (15) to the structure using hardware F.
Step 16: Assemble Upper Section
Attach upper shelf panel (12) and shelf panel (14) to the side panels. Attach back panel (15) using fastener F x 2. Use hardware A for connections.
Step 17: Add Accessories and Final Checks
Attach accessories like the faucet and knobs (implied by the final product image). Ensure all parts are securely fastened using hardware B, D, F, H, I.
Step 18: Final Assembly and Wall Fixing
Complete the assembly by attaching the final panels and hardware (M). Attach the wall fixing bracket (N) to the unit and the wall as per safety instructions. Use hardware A and M.
