1. Product Overview
The FeiyuTech VIMBLE 2A is a compact, lightweight, and extendable three-axis handheld stabilizer designed for action cameras. It supports both horizontal and vertical shooting and allows for control of the connected action camera.

2. Product Usage
Important Notes:
- Ensure the stabilizer is fully charged before first use.
- If battery is low, the red light will flash 3 times every 5 seconds; please charge immediately.
- Turn off the power when not in use.
- Always unlock the Yaw and Roll axis locking slots before powering on.
2.1 Charging
Charge using the Micro USB data cable. The indicator light is red while charging and solid green when fully charged.

2.2 Lock/Unlock Axis
When the gimbal is in the locked state for two axes, gently apply force to disengage the lock. Reverse the action to lock.

2.3 Installing Action Camera
Example using GoPro HERO8:
- Loosen the thumb screw.
- Mount the action camera and tighten the thumb screw.
Recommendation: It is recommended to mount the GoPro HERO8 camera upside down.

2.4 Power On/Off
Important Note: Always unlock the Yaw and Roll axis locking slots before powering on. Ensure the action camera is securely mounted before powering on.
To power on/off: Long-press the Function Button until a prompt tone is heard, then release.

2.5 Telescopic Handle Usage
1. Hold the handle with one hand and the grip on the lower part of the Yaw axis with the other.
2. Extend: Apply force to pull out the telescopic rod to the desired length (extension range: 0-183mm).
Retract: Apply force to retract the lower part of the Yaw axis until it aligns with the top of the handle.

3. Function Operation
3.1 Mode Introduction
Modes can be switched by operating the Function Button or Trigger Button. Indicator lights help identify the current mode.

3.2 Four-way Joystick Operation

3.6 Trigger Button Operation

* After successful connection with the Feiyu ON App, the operation functions of this button can be customized via the App.
3.7 Gimbal Initialization
Perform initialization when:
- The camera is not level.
- The gimbal has not been used for a long time.
- There are significant temperature variations in the environment.
Steps:
- Five-press the Function Button. You will hear a "beep" sound, and the motors will stop working.
- Place the gimbal on a flat surface. The gimbal will automatically detect stillness and begin initialization. The blue indicator light will change from solid to flashing periodically, indicating successful initialization.
- After successful initialization, a single press of the Function Button will wake up the gimbal.
[Warning] If initialization fails for an extended period, try again after waking up the gimbal.

3.8 Lock Angle
Hold the camera and move it to the desired angle in the pitch direction. Hold for half a second to lock the current angle.

3.9 Vertical Shooting Mode
Default mode upon power-on. The gimbal automatically enters this mode by rotating around the roll axis within a ±70° range.

4. Feiyu ON App Installation and Usage
4.1 Download and Install Feiyu ON App
Scan the QR codes or search for "Feiyu ON" in your mobile app store to download.
You can find tutorial videos on the Feiyu ON App's "[Tips]" page.
System Requirements: iOS 9.0 or later, Android 6.0 or later.
Note: For Android, please use a browser to scan the QR code for download.

The App connects to the stabilizer via Bluetooth, allowing you to operate the camera mounted on the gimbal.
4.2 Connecting and Using the App
Steps:
- Turn on the stabilizer.
- Turn on the camera's Wi-Fi connection (usually found under the camera's "Settings - Network - Wi-Fi"). Stay on the screen displaying the camera's Wi-Fi name and password.
- Log in to the Feiyu ON App (register for an account if it's your first time).
- The App will search for nearby devices. After a short wait, it should display "Connection Successful". If connection fails, try exiting and re-logging into the App.

4.3 Firmware Upgrade
Firmware can be upgraded through the App.
Steps:
- Tap the icon in the upper left corner.
- Select the upgrade type.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to upgrade.

[Important Note] The stabilizer has an upgrade protection mechanism. If an upgrade fails, restarting the device will restore it to the previous firmware version. You can then reconnect to the App and attempt the upgrade again. Some new features require upgrading to firmware version 2.0 or higher. It is recommended to upgrade firmware regularly to keep the stabilizer up-to-date.
