Assembly Steps
Follow the numbered diagrams to assemble the greenhouse:
Step 1: Assemble the Base Frame
Connect the base frame pieces using the specified hardware. Refer to Diagram 01.
Diagram 01 Description: This diagram shows the initial assembly of the greenhouse base. It illustrates connecting straight and curved frame pieces (1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10) using hardware (13, 14, 15). Specific connections are indicated by numbers and arrows.
Step 2: Add Vertical Supports and Arches
Attach the vertical supports and the first set of arches to the base frame. Refer to Diagram 02.
Diagram 02 Description: This diagram shows the addition of vertical supports (5) and the first set of arches (1, 1a) to the base structure. Hardware (13, 15) is used for these connections.
Step 3: Continue Frame Assembly
Continue adding frame pieces, including the second set of arches and connecting pieces. Refer to Diagram 03.
Diagram 03 Description: This diagram illustrates the assembly of the second set of arches (1b, 2a) and further frame connections using parts (2, 5a) and hardware (13, 15). It shows how the structure begins to take its full shape.
Step 4: Install Roof Supports
Attach the roof support pieces to the upper frame. Refer to Diagram 04.
Diagram 04 Description: This diagram shows the installation of the roof support pieces (11, 12) onto the upper frame. It also indicates the use of hardware (18, 15) for securing these parts.
Step 5: Attach Cross Braces and Connectors
Install the cross braces and connectors to reinforce the structure. Refer to Diagram 05.
Diagram 05 Description: This diagram shows the attachment of cross braces (I) and connectors (A, B, C, D) to the greenhouse frame. Hardware (14, 15, 19, 20) is used for these connections. It also shows the placement of door frame parts (E, F, G, H).
Step 6: Install Doors and Ground Anchors
Attach the doors and secure the greenhouse with ground anchors. Refer to Diagram 06.
Diagram 06 Description: This diagram shows the final assembly steps, including attaching the doors (E, F, G, H) with zippers (24), and securing the structure with ground stakes (J) and ground anchors (25). The completed greenhouse is shown, with an arrow indicating the final placement of the cover.
