Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Base Frame Assembly
Assemble the base frame using Part 1 (68.5 cm tubes) and Part 5 (42 cm tubes), connected by Part A and Part D connectors. Ensure the structure is square. This forms the initial rectangular base.
Diagram description: Shows the first layer of the frame being built with horizontal tubes (1, 5) and vertical/corner connectors (A, D). Arrows indicate insertion points.
Step 2: Second Layer Frame Assembly
Continue building the frame upwards. Use Part 1 (68.5 cm tubes) and Part 5 (42 cm tubes) along with Part D and Part E connectors. This step adds the second tier of the frame structure.
Diagram description: Shows the second layer of the frame being added, using similar tubes and connectors (D, E) to extend the structure vertically and horizontally. Arrows indicate assembly direction.
Step 3: Top Frame and Support Assembly
Construct the top section of the frame. Use Part 1 (68.5 cm tubes) and Part 4 (43 cm tubes) connected by Part G (75°), Part H (105°), Part I (75°), and Part J (105°) connectors. This step forms the angled roof structure and connects the vertical supports.
Diagram description: Shows the assembly of the roof structure and upper supports using angled connectors (G, H, I, J) and tubes (1, 4). Arrows indicate connection points.
Step 4: Adding Horizontal Supports
Insert Part 2 (54.5 cm tubes) and Part 3 (44.5 cm tubes) horizontally between the vertical supports at different levels. These provide structural integrity and support for the shelves. Follow the indicated steps (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3) for placement.
Diagram description: Shows the placement of horizontal tubes (2, 3) at various levels within the frame. Arrows indicate where these tubes are inserted. The diagram indicates a sequence of adding these supports.
Step 5: Attaching Shelves
Use Part M (tube clips) to attach the Part 6 (shelf grids) to the frame. Secure each shelf grid in place. The diagram indicates attaching 6 shelves using Part M clips.
Diagram description: Shows the shelf grids (Part 6) being placed onto the frame and secured using clips (Part M). Arrows indicate the direction of attachment. The diagram shows multiple shelves being installed.
Step 6: Securing Shelves
Use Part N (shelf fasteners/clips) to further secure the Part 6 (shelf grids) to the frame. Ensure all shelves are firmly attached. The diagram shows 9 shelves being secured with Part N clips.
Diagram description: Shows the shelf grids (Part 6) being secured to the frame using clips (Part N). Arrows indicate the attachment points for these clips. The diagram illustrates securing all 9 shelves.
Step 7: Final Cover and Securing
Drape the greenhouse cover over the frame. Use the provided Part Z (tie-down straps or cover securers) to fasten the cover securely to the frame, ensuring it is taut and well-fitted. The diagram shows the cover being placed and secured with ties.
Diagram description: Shows the greenhouse cover being placed over the assembled frame. Arrows indicate the cover being pulled down. Close-up views show how to tie or secure the cover using straps (Part Z).
