Repairing Procedure for Loss of Calibration Values for White Colours (Channel CTC)

For service purposes only!

1. Switch the calibrated Eminere to DMX mode 3 (12 channels).
2. Send a DMX data packet with data for CTC that meets the calibrated colour:
   • 1800K = 21 CTC
   • 2700K = 66 CTC
   • 3200K = 91 CTC
   • 4200K = 141 CTC
   • 5600K = 211 CTC
   • 6500K = 255 CTC
   It is recommended to also send RGBW values and a Dimmer value to ensure the Eminere responds.
3. Read the calibrated Eminere in the RDM Manager. The calibration values are stored as 4 bytes in the "LED calibration 4 bytes HEX! (RGBW/RGBA)" field within the "Manufacturer PIDs" section. These values are read from the first processor. (Refer to the accompanying software interface description below).

   Software Interface Description: The RDM Manager software interface is displayed, showing various device control and information panels. Key sections include "Product information" detailing device model and software versions, "DMX512 setup" for DMX addressing, and "El Manufacturer PIDs". The "El Manufacturer PIDs" section contains specific parameters managed by the manufacturer. Within this section, the field labeled "LED calibration 4 bytes HEX! (RGBW/RGBA)" is highlighted by a red bounding box. This field displays the current calibration data for the LED channels, shown as hexadecimal values such as "ff 88 00 08". The procedure instructs users to read and write values to this specific field.

4. Enter the calibration values (factory values for each fixture) and save them to the Eminere using the save action ▶️. It is possible that both halves of the Eminere lights display different colours during this process. If the colour beam from the Eminere does not change after saving, try modifying one byte of the calibration values, save it, and then revert it to the correct value and save again. If the colour beam still does not change, it indicates that an incorrect CTC value was likely set in the DMX data packet. If the correct CTC colour is not set, the field "LED calibration 4 bytes HEX! (RGBW/RGBA)" will display "FF FF FF FF", and saving the calibration values to the Eminere will fail.
5. Go to step 2, set a different CTC colour, and repeat steps 3 and 4.
