Installation
Step 1: Base Installation (C-Clamp)
Desk thickness: 10mm ~ 70mm (0.39" - 2.76")
Mount clamp 2 to base 1 with bolts A. Tighten them by using 4mm Allen key D.
Diagram shows clamp 2 being attached to base 1 with bolts A and Allen key D. The clamp is then shown being secured to a desktop by tightening the clamp screw.
Step 1: Base Installation (Grommet)
Desk thickness: 10mm~70mm (Φ10~60mm)
Detach the clip plate 2-3 from clamp 2 by using 5mm Allen key E. Install the long bolt B to base 1.
Diagram shows detaching clip plate 2-3 from clamp 2 using Allen key E, and then installing long bolt B into base 1.
Remove the plastic protector from the hole (if any). Run the long bolt B with base 1 through the clip plate 2-3 and the grommet hole on desktop. Then tighten the wingnut C.
Diagram illustrates the assembly passing through a desk grommet hole, showing bolt B, base 1, clip plate 2-3, and wingnut C. Includes details on desk thickness (0.39~2.76") and grommet hole diameter (0.39~2.36").
Step 2: Attach VESA Plate to Monitor
Select the correct monitor screw length:
- M4 x 12mm screws are suitable for monitor depths of 9.5mm and 12.5mm.
- M4 x 25mm screws are suitable for monitor depths of 17.5mm and 22.5mm.
Screw Usage Guide:

Using Spacers and Washers:
If the screw is too long or the mounting surface is uneven, use appropriate screws, washers (MC), and spacers (MD) for your monitor.

Do not tighten the screws excessively or your monitor might be damaged.
Diagram shows attaching VESA plate 5 to the back of a monitor using screws (MA/MB), washers (MC), and spacers (MD), with Allen key E.
Step 3: Hang Monitor
Install the lower arm 3 and the upper arm 4 to the base 1. Secure the arm by tightening the inside screw using 4mm Allen key D.
Diagram shows arms 3 and 4 being attached to base 1, with a close-up showing tightening with Allen key D. Note: The side with the label on the arm should be installed on the base 1.
Remove the pre-assembled security bolt S from the arm 4. Slide the monitor onto the head of upper arm 4, and then install the security bolt S.
Diagram shows removing bolt S, sliding the monitor onto the arm's VESA mount, and re-installing bolt S to secure it.
Important notice: The initial pressure value of the gas spring is set to a minimum. When hanging the monitor, hold it with both hands and lower it slowly and gently. Do not let it go down suddenly.
Adjustments
Tilt Adjustment
Loosen the tilting bolt, then adjust the monitor to your desired tilt angle. Finally, retighten the tilting bolt.
Diagram shows loosening a bolt (labeled F) to adjust the monitor's tilt angle, and then retightening it.
Tension Adjustment
The gas spring is pre-set to minimum tension. Depending on the weight of your actual monitor, you may need to adjust the tension of the arm using the 6mm Allen key F.
Diagram shows adjusting the arm's tension using Allen key F on a specific mechanism.
Note: Be sure to keep the arm in a horizontal position during adjustment.
Tension Adjustment Scenarios:
- Situation 1: If the arm is falling down. Solution: Turn the screw counterclockwise to increase tension. [circular arrow counterclockwise]
- Situation 2: If the arm is rising up. Solution: Turn the screw clockwise to decrease tension. [circular arrow clockwise]
360° Rotation
Please attach the monitor first, then hold the sides of it with both hands and rotate vigorously. If that doesn't work out, please do not hesitate to ask for help.
Diagram illustrates rotating the monitor 360 degrees.
Cable Management
Run cables through the bottom of the arm.
Diagrams show cables being routed through the arm, with labels "Slide up" and "Slide down" indicating the path.
Swivel Adjustment
The arm allows for swivel adjustments up to ±135°, ±180°, and ±90° at different points.
Diagrams show the swivel ranges at various joints of the monitor arm.
Use Allen key E to tighten or loosen the swivel mechanism as needed.
Diagram shows using Allen key E to adjust tension (tighten/loosen) for swivel.
Mounting Recommendations:
- Correct mounting to desk edge ✔️
- Incorrect mounting to desk edge ❌
