Product Overview
The 1MORE EVO features a sleek charging case designed for portability and protection. Inside the case, you will find the left and right earbuds, ergonomically shaped for a comfortable and secure fit.
Charging
To charge the charging case, connect the provided USB-C cable to the case's charging port and plug the other end into a power source. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status.
To charge the earbuds, place them securely inside the charging case. The earbuds will begin charging automatically. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean for optimal charging.

Wearing the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality and active noise cancellation, select the ear tip size that provides a comfortable and secure seal in your ear. Insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring they fit snugly.

Pairing with Your Device
To pair the 1MORE EVO headphones with a new device:
- Open the charging case.
- Triple-tap the pairing button located on the charging case.
- On your device's Bluetooth settings, select "1MORE EVO" from the list of available devices.

Controls
The 1MORE EVO headphones feature intuitive touch controls on both earbuds.
Left Earbud Controls:
- Single Tap: Play/Pause audio.
- Double Tap: Skip to the next track.
- Triple Tap: Go to the previous track.
- Press and Hold: Cycle through Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) modes.
Right Earbud Controls:
- Single Tap: Play/Pause audio.
- Double Tap: Skip to the next track.
- Triple Tap: Go to the previous track.
- Press and Hold: Adjust volume (Up or Down).

Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to common issues:
No Sound:
- Ensure the earbuds are properly connected via Bluetooth.
- Check that the volume is turned up on your device and the earbuds.
- Clean the earbuds and charging contacts.
Connection Issues:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and within range.
- Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing the lid, and pressing the pairing button for 10 seconds.
Charging Issues:
- Verify the charging case has power.
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected.
- Clean the charging pins on the earbuds and the contacts inside the case.
