IDEC Relays Overview
IDEC offers a wide range of industrial relays designed for precision and quality, including DIN rail mount, panel mount, interface, and PCB mount relays. These relays come in contact ratings from 6 Amps to 30 Amps and are supported by various sockets that can be DIN rail, panel, or PCB mounted, designed to work seamlessly with IDEC timers and relays.
Key Relay Series:
- Interface Relays (RV8H Series): Space-saving 6mm or 14mm width, gold-plated contacts, available with screw or spring clamp terminals. Suitable for Class I Division 2 and Class I Zone 2 hazardous locations.
- RJ Series - Slim Power Relays: Compact size for DIN rail mounting, available in SPDT (12A) and DPDT (8A) configurations. Features include optional LEDs and locking levers on sockets.
- RH Series - Compact Power Relays: Small, industrial 10A general-purpose relays with SPDT, DPDT, 3PDT, and 4PDT contacts. Available with indicator LEDs, check buttons, and surge suppression diodes. Sockets for DIN rail, through panel, and PCB mounting are available.
- RU Series - Universal Relays: Feature DPDT 10A, 4PDT 6A, and bifurcated 4PDT 3A contacts. Utilizes spot-welding technology for durability and includes non-polarized LEDs and color-coded marking plates.
- RR Series - Power Relays: Rugged, industrial 10A relays with SPDT, DPDT, and 3PDT contacts. Available with indicator LEDs, check buttons, and side-flange mounting. Horsepower rated for small motors and solenoids.
- RL Series - Power Relays: Feature double make Form X contacts, single pole rated at 30A and double pole at 25A. Suitable for motor, lighting, and heater loads. Available with flange mount or DIN rail mount options.
- RY Series - Miniature Relays: Small, industrial general-purpose signaling relays with DPDT 3A contacts. Available with indicator LEDs, check buttons, and surge suppression diodes. Features plug-in/solder and PCB terminals.
- RF1V Series - Force-Guided 4-Pole and 6-Pole Relays: Compact and EN compliant, featuring force-guided contact mechanisms. Available with LED indicators and built-in counter-electromotive force diodes.
- RF2V/RF2S Series – Force-Guided 2-Pole Relays: Offer 2-pole force-guided relay contact mechanisms with mechanical indicators. Available with LED indicators and diode models, and can be used with SJ Series Sockets.
- RV1H Series – Interface Relays (PCB Mount): Gold-plated contacts, 6A contact rating for 6mm width and 8A for 14mm width. RoHS compliant.
- RQ Series – PCB Mount Relays: Ideal for compact high current applications with a compact size and contact ratings up to 12A (SPDT) or 8A (DPDT). RoHS compliant and certified by UL, c-UL, CE, and TUV.
- RJ Series - PCB Mount Relays: Slim GP relays ideal for space-saving applications with long electrical and mechanical life. RoHS compliant.
- RSC Series – Solid State Relays: Available in 20A, 30A, and 45A models with slim design for DIN rail or panel mounting. Feature built-in heat sinks, epoxy-free design, and finger-safe terminals.
- RSS Series – Solid State Relays: Offer current ratings up to 90A at 660V AC, with AC or DC input. Feature photo isolation of input and output and zero voltage turn-on.
- RV8S Series – Solid State Interface Relays: Feature long electrical life, pre-assembled relay and DIN rail mount socket, and built-in LED indicators. Available with screw and spring-clamp socket terminations.
