Maintenance Parts

- Single Contact Block: YW-E10 (NO), YW-E01 (NC)
- Double Contact Block: YW-EW20 (2NO), YW-EW02 (2NC), YW-EW11 (1NO-1NC). Note: Double contact blocks cannot be used on emergency stop switches.
- LED Lamp: LSED-6N, LSED-1N, LSED-2N, LSED-H2N, LSED-M32N. Specifications for color codes and applicable units are provided.

Nameplates

Switch Guards

Transformers
Din Rail Mount Transformers are available for 6V applications, with various primary voltages (110V AC to 480V AC). Part numbers and applicable lamp ratings are listed.
Instructions and Precautions
Safety Precautions: Always turn off power before installation, removal, wiring, maintenance, or inspection to prevent electrical shock or fire hazards. Use the lamp holder tool for replacing lamps.
Panel Mounting: Instructions are provided for mounting operators, contact blocks, and transformers. Notes on tightening torque and avoiding damage are included.
Wiring: Use appropriate wire sizes (up to 2.0 mm² stranded, Ø1.6 mm solid). Tighten terminal screws to 1.0 N·m. Applicable crimping terminals and wiring methods are detailed.
Lamp Replacement: Procedures for removing and installing lamps from the front of the panel using a lamp holder tool are described. Note that LED lamps in unibody pilot lights cannot be replaced.
Contact Block/Full Voltage Adapter Removal: Instructions are given for disengaging latches to remove these components.
Marking: Legends and symbols can be engraved on built-in marking plates or inserted via mylar film.
Key Selector Switch Operation: Ensure the key is fully inserted before operation. Loose keys can cause damage.
LED Illumination: Precautions regarding voltage ratings, power sources (switching power supply, rechargeable battery), and potential issues like dim lighting due to leakage current are discussed. RC elements or surge absorbers may be needed for noise protection.
Handling: Avoid excessive shock and vibration to prevent damage and malfunction.
