Maintenance Parts

Transformers

Instructions and Precautions
Safety Precautions: Always turn off power before installation, removal, wiring, maintenance, or inspection to prevent electrical shock or fire hazards. Use the lamp holder tool for replacing lamps.
Panel Mounting: Instructions are provided for mounting operators, contact blocks, and transformers. Notes on tightening torque and avoiding damage are included.
Wiring: Use appropriate wire sizes (up to 2.0 mm² stranded, Ø1.6 mm solid). Tighten terminal screws to 1.0 N·m. Applicable crimping terminals and wiring methods are detailed.
Lamp Replacement: Procedures for removing and installing lamps from the front of the panel using a lamp holder tool are described. Note that LED lamps in unibody pilot lights cannot be replaced.
Contact Block/Full Voltage Adapter Removal: Instructions are given for disengaging latches to remove these components.
Marking: Legends and symbols can be engraved on built-in marking plates or inserted via mylar film.
Key Selector Switch Operation: Ensure the key is fully inserted before operation. Loose keys can cause damage.
