Assembly Instructions
Important Assembly Notes:
- This unit should be assembled by two or more people.
- Do not tighten any bolts until all bolts have been started.
Step 1: Attach Feet
Attach the feet (Part E) to the bottom of the main unit body (Part A) using the bolts (Part B), washers (Part C), and nuts (Part D). Use the Allen wrench (Part F) to start tightening the bolts.
Diagram Description: Illustration shows attaching four feet (E) to the main unit (A) using bolts (B), washers (C), and nuts (D), with the Allen wrench (F) for tightening. A close-up details the order: bolt, washer, unit, washer, nut.
Step 2: Install Tipping Restraint
The included tipping restraint may reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of furniture tip-over. Follow the specific instructions provided on the plastic bag for proper installation of the tipping restraint mechanism.
Diagram Description: Illustration shows a tipping restraint mechanism (labeled '2') being attached to the furniture unit.
Step 3: Level the Unit
If the unit is placed on an unlevel surface, place a leveler (Part G) underneath one foot until the unit is level. Break off any protruding segments of the leveler after adjustment.
Diagram Description: Illustration shows how to use levelers (G) under the furniture legs if the floor surface is uneven, ensuring the unit sits level.
