Installation Instructions

Step 1: Positioning and Securing the Pedestal

1A: Mark the desired positions for the pedestal bases on the ground. Ensure the marked points are level.

2A: Insert the ground spike into the ground at the marked position. This provides a stable base for the pedestal.

Step 2: Preparing for Mounting

1B: Place the pedestal base over the ground spike. Mark the locations for drilling holes for the mounting anchors.

2B: Using a drill with a 6mm drill bit (Φ6), drill holes at the marked anchor points.

Step 3: Attaching the Pedestal

3B: Insert the appropriate anchors (Φ6) into the drilled holes. Gently tap them in with a hammer if necessary.

4B: Position the pedestal base over the anchors. Secure the pedestal to the ground using the provided screws (ST4.2x30) and a screwdriver.

Step 4: Connecting the Lighting System

Connect the low-voltage cable from the power supply to the connector on the pedestal. Ensure a secure connection.

Step 5: Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to a suitable outdoor electrical outlet. The system operates on 220-240V~.

Philips GardenLink Low-Voltage System (12V) Overview

The Philips GardenLink system is a 12V low-voltage lighting solution. It connects to a standard 220-240V mains supply via a transformer, which then powers the 12V system.

The system can include a Dusk-to-Dawn sensor for automatic operation. Each luminaire consumes 6W.

System Capacity Guidelines:

• With a Dusk-to-Dawn Sensor: Maximum of 3 luminaires (total load up to 24W).
• With a 24W Power Supply Unit and Dusk-to-Dawn Sensor: Maximum of 3 luminaires (total length up to 30m).
• With a 48W Power Supply Unit: Maximum of 6 luminaires (total length up to 24m).
