Installation Guide
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Location
1A: Attach the mounting bracket to the base of the pedestal luminaire.
1B: Place the pedestal luminaire at the desired location on the ground and mark the mounting holes with a pencil.
Step 2: Secure the Pedestal
2A: Insert the ground spike into the ground at the marked location.
2B: If mounting on a hard surface, drill holes using a Φ6 drill bit at the marked locations. Insert 3x (Φ6x30) wall plugs into the holes.
Step 3: Final Assembly
3B: Align the pedestal base with the prepared holes (or ground spike) and secure it using 3x (ST4.2x30) screws. Ensure the pedestal is stable.
4B: Connect the low voltage cable from the luminaire to the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into a suitable outdoor power outlet.
Philips GardenLink Low-Volt System (12V)
This pedestal is part of the Philips GardenLink 12V low-voltage lighting system. The system operates from a 220-240V power source, stepping down to 12V for safe operation.
System Capacity Guidelines:
- Max. 24W total load for a Dusk-to-Dawn Sensor system with up to 3 luminaires.
- Max. 30 meters of cable for a 24W Power Supply Unit system with a Dusk-to-Dawn Sensor and up to 3 luminaires.
- Max. 24 meters of cable for a 48W Power Supply Unit system with up to 6 luminaires.
