Safety Information
Warning!
- ONLY use this distiller with stable and compatible power sources.
- DO NOT let children or persons with impaired physical or mental capacities operate this device without strict supervision.
- DO NOT use this device when its outer casing is wet as this may lead to short circuits, fire, or electrocution.
- Be careful during use as this device produces VERY hot water vapor that can cause instant scalding. Always lift the lid to the side while avoiding the escaping steam. Do not lift the lid straight up.
- DO NOT use this device if its power cables are damaged in any way. Repair or replace the damaged wiring before use.
- DO NOT place the bottle into a cold environment after filling it with hot distilled water as this may cause it to crack or shatter.
- Disconnect the power to this device before performing any maintenance.

Package List
The package includes the following items:
- Distiller: The device that heats water into vapor and cools it to condense back into purified water.
- Collection Bottle: Used to collect the distilled water.
- Collection Cap: Collects and directs distilled water into the bottle.
- Bottle Cap: Seals the collection bottle between uses.
- Activated Charcoal Filter: Absorbs smaller impurities not removed by distillation.
- Power Cord: Connects the distiller to a grounded power outlet.
- Chamber Cleaning Powder: Used to clean the distiller's lining.
- Instruction Manual: This document.
- Silicone Tube: Connects the distiller's spout to an alternative receptacle.
Setup
Bottle Assembly
Place the collection cap over the opening on the bottle and position it under the distiller's spout.
Distiller Assembly
The silicone seal prevents water from escaping. Ensure the rounded side faces up when placing or replacing it.
Steps for inserting the charcoal packet:
- Remove the outlet nozzle from the lid.
- Insert the charcoal packet into the nozzle.
- Reattach and secure the nozzle to the distiller's lid, ensuring the seal is in place.
Align the collection cap with the distiller's spout. Optionally, use the provided silicone tubing to directly connect the spout with the bottle or another receptacle.
Operation
- Open the distiller and add water up to the maximum water level line.
- Replace the distiller's top securely.
- Plug in the power cord.
- Press the Reset button to begin the distillation cycle.
Distilled water will start pouring out after approximately 30 minutes. A full distillation cycle takes about 5 hours. Allow a 10-minute interval between cycles before starting a new batch.
Wait 15 minutes after the distillation cycle ends before removing the lid. Open the lid to the side to avoid escaping steam. Do not open the lid straight up or place hands where they might be scalded. [caution symbol] [caution symbol]
Maintenance
Disconnect the distiller from its power source and allow it to cool completely before any cleaning, maintenance, or repair.
Rinse and wipe the tank daily with clean water. Ensure it is dry when not in use. Monthly cleanings are recommended to address calcium deposits and residue on the stainless-steel lining.
To clean the tank:
- Pour hot water into the tank to cover all residue.
- Add 1-4 teaspoons of the provided cleaning powder, depending on the amount of residue.
- Wash the inside of the distiller's cap with a soft cloth.
- Rinse these components with clean water, ensuring no electrical components get wet.
- Repeat the process if any residue remains.
Do not use corrosive agents or steel cleaning instruments, as they may damage the stainless-steel lining.
Clean the bottle with warm soapy water. Avoid alternating between hot and cold water, as this may damage the bottle.
The silicone seal should be removed and cleaned monthly. When replacing it, ensure the rounded side of the ring faces up.
Troubleshooting
Possible Problems | Typical Solutions |
---|---|
Insufficient water comes out | Fill the tank to the line. Check the silicone seal for wear or misplacement. Correct the alignment of the spout and bottle or use the provided tube. |
Machine becomes jittery | Check the silicone seal for wear or misplacement. Check that the filter is properly aligned with the bottle. Replace the charcoal filter. |
Distilled water has an odd odour | Halt the distillation process for 10-15 minutes before its regular end point to prevent it from running dry and burning residual minerals. |
Distilled water has black debris | Remove the damaged charcoal filter from the nozzle, clean the nozzle, and insert a new charcoal packet. |
The reset button has malfunctioned | Connect the distiller to a surge protector and operate it using the surge protector's power switch. |
