Safety Information
Warning!
- ONLY use this distiller with stable and compatible power sources.
- DO NOT let children or persons with impaired physical or mental capacities operate this device without strict supervision.
- DO NOT use this device when its outer casing is wet as this may lead to short circuits, fire, or electrocution.
- Be careful during use as this device produces VERY hot water vapor that can cause instant scalding. Always lift the lid to the side while avoiding the escaping steam. Do not lift the lid straight up.
- DO NOT use this device if its power cables are damaged in any way. Repair or replace the damaged wiring before use.
- DO NOT place the bottle into a cold environment after filling it with hot distilled water as this may cause it to crack or shatter.
- Disconnect the power to this device before performing any maintenance.

Product Diagram
The water distiller consists of the following components:
- Lid: The top cover of the distiller.
- Cooling System: Located within the lid, it condenses the hot water vapor.
- Outlet Nozzle: Where the distilled water exits the distiller.
- Activated Carbon Filter: A filter that absorbs impurities.
- Collection Cap: Guides the distilled water into the collection bottle.
- Main Tank: Holds the water to be distilled.
- Protective Coating: Interior coating of the main tank.
- Heating Element: Located at the bottom of the main tank, it heats the water.
- Collection Bottle: Container for the distilled water.
- Hot Air: Exhaust for air from the cooling system.
- Heated Water: Water vapor that is being cooled.
Package List
The package includes the following items:
- Distiller: The main unit that heats water into vapor and condenses it back into purified water.
- Collection Bottle: Used to collect the distilled water.
- Collection Cap: Directs distilled water into the collection bottle.
- Bottle Cap: Seals the collection bottle between uses.
- Activated Charcoal Filter: Absorbs impurities not removed by distillation.

Setup
Bottle Assembly
To assemble the water bottle handle:
- Affix one metal band to the bottom groove of the bottle.
- Secure the band by passing a bolt through it and the bottom of the handle. Hand-tighten the bolt with a nut.
- Repeat for the second band, affixing it to the top groove of the bottle.
To attach the bottle cap:
- Align the cap's grooves with the bottle's grooves.
- Turn the cap clockwise until it is tight.
Distiller Assembly
The silicone seal prevents water from escaping. Ensure the rounded side faces up when placing or replacing it.
To install the charcoal filter:
- Remove the outlet nozzle from the lid.
- Insert the charcoal packet into the nozzle housing.
- Reattach and secure the nozzle to the distiller's lid, ensuring the seal is in place.
To connect the collection system:
- Align the collection cap with the distiller's spout.
- Optionally, use the provided silicone tubing to connect the spout directly to the bottle or another receptacle.
Operation
- Open the distiller and add water up to the maximum water level line.
- Replace the top of the distiller and ensure it is properly sealed.
- Plug in the power cord.
- Press the Reset button to begin the distillation cycle.
Distilled water will begin to pour out after approximately 30 minutes. A full distillation cycle takes about 4 hours. Wait 10 minutes between cycles before adding water for a new batch.
Wait 15 minutes after the distillation cycle ends before removing the lid. Open the lid to the side to avoid escaping steam. Do not open the lid straight up or place hands where they might be scalded.
Maintenance
Disconnect the distiller from its power source and allow it to cool completely before performing any cleaning, maintenance, or repair.
Rinse and wipe the tank daily with clean water. Ensure it is dry when not in use. Monthly cleanings are recommended to prevent calcium deposits and residue buildup on the stainless-steel lining.
To clean the tank:
- Pour hot water into the tank until all residue is covered.
- Add 1-4 teaspoons of the provided cleaning powder, depending on the amount of residue.
- Wash the inside of the distiller's cap with a soft cloth.
- Rinse these components with clean water. Avoid getting any electrical components wet.
- If residue remains, repeat the process.
Do not use corrosive agents or steel cleaning instruments, as they can damage the stainless-steel lining.
Clean the collection bottle with warm, soapy water. Avoid alternating between hot and cold water, as this may damage the bottle.
The silicone seal should be removed and cleaned monthly. When replacing it on the distiller's cap, ensure the rounded side of the ring faces up.
Troubleshooting
Possible Problems | Typical Solutions |
---|---|
Insufficient water comes out | Fill the tank to the line. Check the silicone seal for wear or misplacement. Correct the alignment of the spout and bottle or use the provided tube. |
Machine becomes jittery | Check the silicone seal for wear or misplacement. Check that the filter is properly aligned with the bottle. Replace the charcoal filter. |
Distilled water has an odd odor | Halt the distillation process for 10–15 minutes before its regular end point to prevent it from running dry and burning residual minerals left by the water. |
Distilled water has black debris | Remove the damaged charcoal filter from the nozzle, clean the nozzle, and insert a new charcoal packet. |
The reset button has malfunctioned | Connect the distiller to a surge protector and turn it on and off using the surge protector's power switch. |
