Overview

The AAON Reheat Expansion Module ASM01687 is designed to control a single set of reheat valves. It connects to the MHGRV-X Controller, enabling precise control over multiple valve sets within an AAON HVAC system. Installation

Mounting

The module includes a Chevron cut plastic snap track mounting base. This base is mounted to a flat surface using a single 1/4" Hex Head Sheet Metal Screw (provided) through the pre-punched center hole. The Reheat Expansion Module then snaps securely onto the track for easy field mounting and servicing.

Environmental Considerations

The Reheat Expansion Module must be installed in an environment that maintains temperatures between -30°F and 150°F, with humidity not exceeding 95% RH (Non-Condensing). It is crucial to protect the module from extreme temperatures, moisture, dust, and dirt to prevent damage to electronic components.
