Quick Installation Guide

Attention & Safety Warnings

Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

  • The projector is non dustproof or waterproof.
  • Do not expose the projector to rain and fog to reduce the risk of fire and electric shock.
  • Please use the original power adapter. The projector should work under specified rated power supply.
  • When the projector is working, do not look directly into the lens; the strong light may flash your eyes and cause slight pain. Children should use the projector under the supervision of adults.
  • Do not cover the vents of the projector. Heating will reduce the life of the projector and cause danger.
  • Regularly clean projector vents, as dust may cause cooling malfunction.
  • Do not use the projector in greasy, damp, dusty, or smoky environments. Oil or chemicals can cause malfunction.
  • Please handle with care during daily use.
  • Please cut off the power if the projector is out of use for a long time.
  • Non-professionals are forbidden to disassemble the projector for testing and maintenance.
  • Consult qualified personnel for installation and repair services, and do not use damaged wires, accessories, and other peripherals.
  • Keep the projector away from flammable, explosive, strong electromagnetic interference (large radar stations, power stations, substations), and strong ambient light (avoid direct sunlight).
  • Do not bend or drag the power cord. Do not place the power cord under the projector or any heavy objects. Do not cover the power cord with other soft materials. Do not heat the power cord.
  • Avoid touching the power adapter with wet hands.

Structure Description

Projector Components:

  • Ports: Headset jack, HDMI port, USB port.
  • Controls: ON/OFF button.
  • Features: Lens, Focus Wheel, Air inlet, Vent.

Remote Component and Functions:

  • Power: ON/OFF button.
  • Mute: Mute audio output.
  • Volume: VOL+/- buttons to adjust volume.
  • Navigation: DIRECTIONS (Up, Down, Left, Right), OK button to confirm, HOME button, MENU button, RETURN button.
  • Mode Switch: Button to switch to mouse control mode.

Operating the Projector

Switching Applications:

Click on 'My apps' to view installed programs. Click a program icon to switch between applications. Navigate to 'My Apps', then press OK to enter. All applications are clearly distinguished by their icons.

Settings Menu

Access the settings menu to configure Networking, Bluetooth, Language, Other Settings, Projection, Audio, and Date & Time.

Networking Setting:

Navigate to Settings → Networking Setting → WIFI setting. Turn WIFI ON, select your desired WIFI ID, and input the password to connect to the internet.

Bluetooth Setting:

Navigate to Settings → Bluetooth setting. Turn Bluetooth ON, click 'Refresh Device', and choose the desired device to pair.

Language Setting:

Navigate to Settings → Language Setting to set the display language and select the input method.

Projection Setting:

Navigate to Projector setting to configure the projection mode (e.g., Front Ceiling, Rear Ceiling), keystone correction, and brightness.

Date and Time Setting:

Navigate to Settings → Date and Time Setting to set the timezone, time format, date format, date, and time.

Other Setting:

Navigate to Other Setting to access Application settings, Factory Reset, and Developer Options.

Audio Setting:

Navigate to Settings → Audio setting to adjust the volume.

Wireless Connections

Airplay (for Apple Devices):

Ensure your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, etc.) is connected to the same local wireless LAN as the projector.

Device Operations: From the Home Screen, go to My Apps → Airplay → Open Airplay service → Turn on phone mirroring → Connect.

iPhone Device Operations: Connect your mobile phone to the wireless network. On your phone, find the screen casting function, detect your device, and select it for playback. Use the screen casting button on your mobile phone.

Miracast (for Android Devices):

Ensure your Android device (phone, tablet, etc.) is connected to the same local wireless LAN as the projector.

Device Operations: From the Home Screen, go to My Apps → Miracast → Open Miracast service → Turn on phone mirroring → Connect.

Android Phone Device Operations: Access 'Easy Projection' or 'Wireless Projection' on your phone. Search for available devices. The projector (e.g., 'Pixel 2') will appear, waiting for connection. Select the projector to establish the connection. Use the 'Help' and 'STOP SEARCHING' options as needed.
