High-quality drive solution

The core of the APK models features a robust drive motor coupled with a durable reduction gearbox. Forward and reverse movement of the drive rollers is controlled via a mobile panel with a double foot pedal. The roller transmission, equipped with quality bearings and hardened gears, is protected against overload by a friction clutch.

Precise rolling straightening systems

The APK ring bending machines utilize two or three hardened drive rollers. The bending radius is set using one or two precision, mechanically or hydraulically adjustable rollers. Two laterally mounted, mechanically adjustable straightening shafts ensure maximum rolling accuracy.

Roller sets

Standard roller sets are included for flat, square, and T-steel. Special roller sets for round and tubular steel, section steel, and angle steel, along with special straightening aids, are available as optional accessories.
