Product Overview
The proven ELMAG AKM 2.5 mm beading machine is primarily used in industrial plant and ventilation construction, as well as in sheet metal and insulation plants. With a motor output of 1,500 watts, it can process flat or cylindrically shaped fine and medium sheets up to 2.5 mm thick. The machines are equipped with three easily exchangeable professional roll sets.
The machine features a shaft length of 260 mm and an adjustable depth stop, enabling the production of deep-set stiffening profiles. Both steel shafts are mounted in heavy-duty precision bronze plain bearings. Adjustment of the follower roller is managed by a mechanical adjustment device. For sheet thicknesses from 2 mm, the use of a hydraulically adjustable follow roller is recommended (available as a special accessory).
