Battery Installation Instructions

• Open the battery cover located on the back of the device.
• Insert four 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
• Securely close the battery cover.

Operations

• To start the instrument, long press the power button [ ] for more than 2 seconds.
• To set the pressure to zero (real-time pressure display as "0"), long press the zero button [ ].
• Select the appropriate connector for your vehicle model and connect it to the measuring probe.
• Connect the probe to the engine's fuel system.
• Click the clear button [ ] to clear the data and timing.
• Click the unit conversion button [ ] to select your desired pressure units.
• Begin the measurement process. The fuel pressure gauge will display the required pressure readings.

Data Lock and Interface Lock

1. Locking: Press the lock button [ ]. This will display data, interface, sound, and backlight, and simultaneously lock the interface, showing a "lock" icon.
2. Unlocking: Press the lock button [ ] again. The device will display data, interface, sound, and backlight, and the interface will be unlocked.
3. Clearing Data: Click the clear button [ ] to completely clear all recorded data.

After completing the measurement, long press the power button [ ] for 2 seconds to shut down the device. This shutdown procedure should be conducted under atmospheric pressure.

The device will automatically power off after 5 minutes of inactivity and no pressure being applied.

Maintenance Guidelines

• External and internal parts that come into contact with various chemical media should be treated with anti-corrosion measures, such as rust removal and painting, to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.
• Adhere to safe operating procedures and avoid overloading the equipment. The product's safety guards are designed to be complete and reliable.
• Promptly eliminate unsafe factors. Thoroughly inspect the circuit components and replace any aging wires.
• Adjust clearances between parts and replace worn or broken components. Avoid contact with corrosive liquids.
• When not in use, store the product in a dry location. Avoid storing it in hot, humid, or poorly ventilated areas.

Warranty

AUTOOL provides a three-year warranty for the main unit from the date of receipt. All included accessories are covered by a one-year warranty.

Warranty Access

• The decision for product repair or replacement is based on the actual breakdown situation.
• AUTOOL guarantees the use of brand-new components, accessories, or devices for all repairs or replacements.
• If the product fails within 90 days of customer receipt, the buyer must provide video and pictures. AUTOOL will cover shipping costs and provide replacement accessories free of charge. For failures occurring more than 90 days after receipt, the customer will bear the appropriate shipping costs, while AUTOOL will provide replacement parts free of charge.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty

• Products not purchased through official or authorized channels.
• Damage resulting from the user not following product instructions for use or maintenance.

Return & Exchange Policy

• If you are unsatisfied with AUTOOL products purchased from authorized online platforms or offline dealers, you may return them within seven days of receipt. Alternatively, you can exchange them for a product of equal value within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned and exchanged products must be in fully saleable condition, accompanied by the relevant bill of sale, all accessories, and original packaging.
• AUTOOL will inspect returned items to ensure they are in good condition and eligible for return or exchange. Items failing inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund.
• Exchanges can be processed through the customer service center or authorized AUTOOL distributors. The policy is to return the product to the place of purchase. If you encounter difficulties with returns or exchanges, please contact AUTOOL Customer Service.
