Electrical Safety Rules

  • If the device has not been used for a long time or the battery is depleted, it may not turn on properly. Replace the battery before attempting to power on.

  • Never leave the device unattended while powered on. Always turn off at the main switch when not in use.
  • Do not attempt to repair the equipment yourself.
  • Before connecting to power, check if the power supply voltage matches rated parameters. Mismatched voltage can cause hazards and damage.

  • Before use, check the battery, hoses, and adapters for damage. Do not operate if damaged.

  • When replacing the power battery, use only a brand-new, unopened product of the correct type.

Personnel Protection Safety Rules

  • The oil in the system can be harmful; avoid contact.
  • Always wear safety goggles ? to prevent splashing into eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes with flowing water for several minutes with eyelids open. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
  • Always wear protective gloves ? to avoid skin contact with oil. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing/footwear immediately.
  • If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
  • Ensure stable footing to safely control equipment in emergencies.

Warnings

  • Before use, check the gauge's appearance and ensure the display functions correctly when powered on.
  • If the battery indicator flashes or is unstable, the battery is low and needs replacement.
  • Keep away from vibration and strong magnetic fields. Avoid using in environments with rapid temperature changes.
  • During measurement, do not compress the silicone tube to ensure proper air pressure transmission to the sensor.
  • Do not exceed the maximum measurement range to prevent overload and damage. The pressure limit is 200 kPa; do not exceed this value during measurement.

  • Backlight ? indicator.

  • Unit Display showing the current measurement unit.

  • D: Power Switch / Backlight Button. Long press to power on/off; short press to toggle backlight.
  • E: Unit Switch / Lock Button. Long press to enter/exit unit switch mode, press again to switch units; short press to toggle data lock on/off.

Operating Steps

Battery Installation Steps

  • Open the battery cover on the back of the device.
  • Insert 2*1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
  • Close and secure the battery cover.

Basic Operating Instructions

  • Connection Method: Connect the instrument to the included hose, then choose the appropriate adapter to connect to the measurement device.
  • Unit Settings: Long press the [UNIT] button to enter unit switch mode. Press [UNIT] again to select the desired unit (6 units available). Long press [UNIT] to return to the homepage.
  • Lighting Selection: Press the [?] button to toggle the backlight on/off.
  • Data Lock: Press the [?] button to lock the data display, preventing changes. A lock icon will appear on the screen.
  • Data Unlocking: Press the [?] button while data is locked to restore the normal display; the lock icon will disappear.
  • The device automatically powers off after 5 minutes of inactivity or no pressure.

Operating Process

  • Long press the [?] button for 3 seconds to power on and enter the main screen.
  • The device automatically zeros and performs atmospheric pressure calibration upon startup. Note: Do not power on under pressure, as it will lead to inaccurate measurements.
  • Connect the included hose to the device's pressure interface.
  • Select the appropriate adapter and connect it to the pipeline whose pressure needs to be measured.

Maintenance Service

Maintenance

  • Avoid rubbing the product against rough surfaces, especially the metal housing.
  • Regularly check and tighten connections.
  • External and internal parts in contact with chemical media should be treated with anti-corrosion measures (e.g., rust removal, painting) to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
  • Comply with safety procedures; do not overload the equipment. Ensure safety guards are functional. Eliminate unsafe factors promptly. Inspect the circuit and replace aging wires.
  • Store the product in a dry place when not in use. Avoid hot, humid, or non-ventilated locations.

Warranty

The AUTOOL machine has a 3-year warranty for the main unit and a 1-year warranty for accessories, starting from the date of receipt by the customer.

Warranty Access

  • Repair or replacement is determined by the product's breakdown situation.
  • AUTOOL guarantees that all replaced parts, accessories, or devices are brand new.
  • If the product fails within 90 days of receipt, AUTOOL will cover shipping costs and provide replacement accessories.
  • If the product fails after 90 days, the customer will bear the appropriate costs, and AUTOOL will provide parts for replacement free of charge.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty

  • Products purchased through unofficial or unauthorized channels.
  • Product breakdown due to failure to follow product instructions for use or maintenance.
